Amazingly spacious home, heated pool and spa, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World

Our home is over 4700sqft of spacious amazing comfort. Weather you are on the ground level enjoying the open concept featuring a huge living room area, a 16 seat dining room table or the fabulous kitchen equipped with dual refrigerators and dual dish washers or out on the lanai where you will find a beautiful heated pool & spa, lounge chairs including patio furniture completely enclosed.
Another lounge seating area is found upstairs with a pool table, air-hockey, including wet bar and wine cooler.
Choose from one of the eleven bedrooms available including a set of Jack & Jill rooms with double beds for the little ones.

The Resort location could not be any better! The resort is perfectly located just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando's other famous attractions. Universal Studios, Seaworld, Legoland, Aquatica and other water parks are all within easy reach of Solterra Resort.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly strip used beds and leave at laundry area.
Kindly bag all garbage and leave in the bin the night before check out
Collect all TV controls and leave in them next to the TVs
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
11 rooms are available 22 persons max. Driveway has space for 2 cars, 5 street parking passes can be issued per house to park between white lines.
Guest must return the house as they receive it, free of debris, all dishes washed and counters and appliances clean
Use all appliances safely, you can ask the booking agent for assistance, they will arrange a visit from a staff member to assist.

This was a great location with a great host! The house was very spacious, clean, and close by to a lot of activities. We had an issue with heating up the pool and using the movie room and the host was kind and extremely responsive. He addressed the issues immediately. I would recommend this place for a future vacation!

This home was exactly what I needed for my businesswomen’s retreat. The entire place was spotless, fully stocked with all the essentials, and beautifully decorated — no cartoon-themed rooms, which was a major win for me because I wanted a clean, elevated, adult vibe for my event.Every bedroom had a comfortable bed, the furniture felt intentional and well-kept, and the layout made it easy for everyone to settle in and feel at home. The movie theater was a perfect bonus — great for our sessions and downtime.The host clearly takes pride in this property, and it shows. Loved the upstairs game room, large kitchen with plenty of seating, and movie room with theater seats! Our stay was comfortable and the hot tub was at the right temperature. We had an incredible trip, thanks to our host and the clean accommodations.

It is a great stay; you will not be disappointed if you book a stay here. Everything you need to access is within minutes. The onsite resort was great to have available. The host responded within minutes if you had an issue or questions about anything during our stay. The house was clean and well taken care of upon arrival.

Perfect house for large group

We are a group of ten senior golfers. We are not into sharing rooms and especially bathrooms. The house size, location and amenities are perfect for what we need. While we have a number of issues with the house upon check in. The owner and management quickly resolved these issues on a timely basis. Thank you for being so responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Memorial Weekend

My family and I got to visit together for the long weekend break. It was a great house with all the amenities that we could ask for while coming together as a family. We tried to utilize the Community Clubhouse pool area, however it was extra busy and we understood why. We enjoyed our very own private pool at the house and was able to save more funds without purchasing additional foods and drinks. LOL!!! We would love the opportunity again one day to stay as a family in your wonderful house.

Men's Golf Trip

Pool was to be heated and reminded mgr, but pool stayed very cold the entire stay. One of two dishwashers was filled with water when we arrived and not working. Strength of this home is the many king/queen bedrooms. Beds had mattress covers and a flat sheet tucked in on top but no fitted sheets.
