After 5 years of planning, my husband and I took our 5 married children and grandkids on vacation to Orlando. This house totally fit the bill and accommodated our large family very comfortably. Let me start by saying that I am a very detailed planner with OCD, anxiety, and an a worrier by nature. I have to thank the property manager, Andrew for his endless patience in my annoying number of queries over the last year and a half. He has excellent communication skills and runs things very smoothly. I am sure this is truly by design and effort and it does not go unnoticed.We would gladly stay here again in the future. We miss it already!!

We rented this property to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming wedding with friends and family. I cannot say enough great things about the house..so spacious with plenty of room for everyone (14 adults and 3 children). Probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Only suggestion I would make is to put washcloths in the bathrooms and for a house that big should probably have more than one trash container outside of the house. Other than that it was perfect and would 100% recommend or stay there again!

Overall this is a great home and we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars as the main areas of the house got a bit warm and we couldn’t adjust as the thermostat was locked. We had a great time with our family and would consider returning.

3rd trip to champions gate

Overall not bad. House wear and tear was noticeable and water in showers and bath tubs did not get hot. Property manager was great to respond to messages and he was very quick! but seemed annoyed if you had more than one question or concern. Pool chairs are not as pictured in listing but for the most part, all other furniture is the same in listing. Great location, oasis is great for kids. Close to amenities and Disney. For the amount of this luxury home I think we will try somewhere else next year.

Dirty understocked house

As someone who owns several short term rentals I am very aware of what is necessary for people to be comfortable. This house really missed the mark. The floors were filthy. We all commented on how dirty our feet were from the moment we arrived. The pots and pans had lots of food dried and crusted on them. There are only 7 knives and 14 forks. This place sleeps 26. There should be enough. It is “ required” that I wash all the towels. First of all, I pay a cleaning fee, second of all, if this is required then detergent should be provided. There are no washcloths provided and the comforters were stained. There is a 27 page manual of rules. I have never been so uncomfortable to touch anything. “ if the remote control is not placed under the television, I will be charged” , “ if the utensils are not placed back in the drawer exactly where they were. Will be charged” and so on. And there are framed rules all over the house. The thermostat cannot go under 75 degrees. We were all hot and miserable. Crazy to spend so much money and not enjoy ourselves. Again, as someone who runs rentals we are very respectful of other people’s properties and this was ridiculous.

This house was perfect for our group and exactly as photographed/described. Spacious and clean! Also, the location is ideal, especially if you don’t want to deal with tournament parking at the Omni Championsgate fields. We actually walked to the fields one day, 20 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous

Our stay was great! The house was spacious and clean. The pool was warm and spa was heated. It would be nice if the garbage container was bigger because we had 2 birthday dinners with lots of garbage. We had to find ways to dispose of garbage without being charged. Also, we can’t have any surprise guest.s because guests name must be turned in ahead of time. Overall the stay was great and the house was magnificent. The price was great.

Overall very nice house and neighborhood. Only real issue was the entry into the neighborhood which was the neighborhood's fault and not the property's fault. The property was responsive to all communication. We enjoyed all the amenities the house had to offer!

The scammer owner

I stayed at this property with my family. Upon arrival we had issues with the owner about the code to get in he kept telling us to refer back to the welcome packet that the code was in the message but it never was. Towels and rags were stain and old, they don’t wash the bed sheets at this property they ask you to fold the sheets back when you leave because when they come in to clean if the sheets don’t look dirty they just make the bed back up. We found hair and stains in the beds which tells you they don’t wash them. Also the owner will try and charge you for his old stain rags and towels and try to tell you they was new, he try’s to charge costumers extra fees to buy new things for his property so he doesn’t have to spend the money. The mop head was so filthy at the property we had to buy a new one to use, toilet brushes disgusting! Baseboards filthy pissed stains around all the toilets in the house! The company this guy has cleaning his property needs to be fired asap. I brought these issues to the owner and he said send pictures then when I sent the picture he said he couldn’t receive it lol. The jacuzzi area has loose bricks so be careful in that area. Me and my family make the best of our situations so we just cleaned and washed everything before and after use and didn’t let this ruin our trip but I can say so much more but I’m tired of writing but I will never use this house again!

Not pleased with the property manager for this address and location at the Champions Gate community. The reason is: The property manager charged me with leaving stains on ten separate towels. The towels were old and used. We left the towels in the same cleaned condition as we arrived. We left the property in good condition and should not be charged for the alleged stains on ten towels

Nice house. Tons of beds

This property was great. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of cookware and anything else a big group would need. Close to community pool. Owner was very helpful and detailed. We even had an issue with the air conditioner (hello Florida summers :) and within 45 minutes of making the property manager aware there was a issue, he had a service man there at 8 o’clock at night, fixing it! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful clean spacious

Me and my family booked this place for memorial day weekend and it was great. This house was beautiful, spacious, and it accommodated our whole family. Sadly, we did not get to explore the amenities at the clubhouse with the lazy river, but the house was perfect and we really didn’t even need to leave entertainment with the game room and pool was enough for us. Would definitely book again.

Mother’s Day Weekend

This house was amazing very clean upon arrival and spacious for the family! The game room was awesome for the kids kept the occupied. The spa was amazing and heat was included with our stay. I can say my family enjoyed our Mother’s Day weekend and I would definitely book this house again for another family getaway! The host was very responsive to any request I had as well!

Good but not fully equipped for large group

We had a good stay here and have never had as responsive a property manager as Andrew was - he was extremely prompt and thorough in addressing all of our questions and needs, which we were so grateful for. The house had plenty of beds/rooms to accommodate our group of 17 (ages 8 to 73), but the house is otherwise tight for a group our size, and the kitchen is really not well equipped for large groups - in terms of quantity of items, functioning kitchen tools, or size of fridge. I cannot imagine having had any bigger a group in the house. There were no convenience items already available in the kitchen or bathrooms (eg trash bags, hand soap, detergent, salt/pepper, etc.). The Oasis club was nice but does not allow any outside food or drink on property, unless water in disposable bottles, which was a big pain. We did enjoy using the pools and gym though. Overall our stay was fine, and we had a good time, but I highly recommend that the owners take time to stay in the house with a group to betteru understand all the things that could be better provided, in the kitchen especially.
