We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cute, and very comfortable. We especially loved sitting out at the table in the courtyard—it was such a nice place to relax. The location was very convenient for exploring Santa Fe.Communication was excellent! Our host even let us know that we could check in early if needed and checked in with us after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. The soaking tub was a great bonus after walking around Santa Fe all day!We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for home base as we explored Santa Fe. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as well as the comfortable living room area. The outside fence made us feel safe and secluded from the road noise.

I would not recommend this unit. It sits at a busy intersection where there is a lot of sound on both sides of the house. There was hair left in the shower before we arrived. There was mold in the water boiler and the pots were unclean. The host communicated quickly but not clearly. The best part about this unit is the vegan Jamaican food place across the street. Skip staying here but go to ros to get some excellent grub.

The guests broke a household item during their stay which we received compensation for. We are disappointed about this review as we feel it does not reflect the level of cleanliness we set. There are many other reviews complimenting our cleanliness.

This casita is really beautiful inside. The directions for getting there were accurate; it was clean, roomy and comfortable; and communication with the host was easy. It’s also close to some great restaurants. We even walked to the Railyard Artisan Market (definitely worth visiting on Sundays). There was some road noise from the streets on either side, but it was not enough to detract from the comfort. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience. Pictures were spot on. Convenient location. Only drawback - and it’s a personal choice - master bath is bathtub with handheld water spout for “showering”. Easily solved - other full bath has a traditional shower. Highly recommend!

The casita was very comfortable and well-equipped with touches like a noise machine and extra fans. Very light and open, and my partner loved the huge tub. The location was excellent - no more than 20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The host responded within minutes when I reached out with questions. Overall lovely stay!

Only suggestion would be to clarify that there are multiple sites with the same address.

We do. But to clarify that, next door to us has the same number but a different letter. So, not multiple places, just one, next door. We do give detailed arrival instructions how to ignore google. Sorry that you went to the wrong address, but just read the instructions next time. Thank you for 5 Stars.
