Perfect location! Stayed in the master bedroom and the mattress was awesome!!! Took my parents, whom are in their 80’s and was a perfect vacation. They really enjoyed it.

Best Place We’ve Stayed

This place was amazing. Perfectly clean and very well stocked. The location was great. We typically drove to the beach because the condo is bayside and on 125th, but the beach is very walkable. The pool was right next to our place. The whole place was beautiful, clean, and updated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Definitely will stay here again. The host was also super responsive and very helpful.

Best at the Beach

We have stayed in this location two years in a row. We love it. The place is clean. The kitchen is updated and very nice. The place has hard flooring, so a lot easier to clean and it feels very fresh in there. It is right next to the pool, so an easy walk. The pool is very enjoyable and equipped with umbrellas, chairs, and chaise lounges. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I've stayed here twice, and will stay again!

Great Spot!

We have stayed in this community for many years, expanding family so we needed more space this year- this condo is exactly what we expected. Clean, awesome location and neighborhood. Best part is owner communications. Very fast, respectful, accurate, and most of all helpful. Will be staying again.

Amazing time at this great location. With easy access to the pool, which felt like a private pool, to the quiet area (despite the ideal park location) and the views of the fireworks, this is a keeper. We also loved all the basics on site, without full cabinets. First condo we've stayed where there was great closet space, plenty of room to unpack AND thank you for having laundry bags/baskets! We also loved the bathroom cabinets had baskets to not "muck" up the drawers. We may adopt this at home to keep things neater!

Great End of Summer Getaway

Property was very clean and matched the posted photos. Park across the street was great for running. We enjoyed the pool. Host was very responsive to questions. The only negative was that the advertised grill was no longer available.

Overall great stay

The condo was absolutely amazing, the location to the beach, the park everything. Honestly the only complaint was the cleanliness could have been a little better. Upon arriving and unpacking everything I discovered hairs on the floor, long black hair, which I do not have and there was still sand in some places. The drains in the shower in the main bathroom was very slow as well as all the bathroom sinks. Other than that I would defieintly recommend to others.

nice 2 bedroom condo

We liked the property and pool ...we had a very hard time getting the couch bed to pull out...it seems the bar is bent ...the couch bed needs to be replaced ...my18 year old nephew got it out but when he left me and my sister could not get it out so kids slept on floor 2 nights ...I could not get my sheet off before we left ....also would recommend a Kuerig coffe machine and a fan on outside porch would be nice
