Condo is steps from Nottingham lake, which boasts a gorgeous beach, park, and outdoor amphitheater. After exploring, return to your cozy 3-bed, 3-bath abode and unwind. Condo was completely renovated in the fall of 2022. Has brand new furniture, bedding, carpet and paint.

Great place to stay!

This is our third time visiting this property and it’s always clean and has everything we need. The shuttle picks up right outside to take you to the lift and there is a hot tub right outside the building. We love this place!

Great weekend away!

This was a great condo for our two families for a ski weekend. Great to have 2 “parents” bedrooms with en suite baths, and then a bunk room for the kids. Convenient ski shuttle made it super easy to get a big crew on the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location!

Can't beat this location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The private shuttle to Bachelor Gulch is awesome. Lodging was perfect for two families of 4. Appreciated having a washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

Great spot!

We loved our stay in Avon as this place is close to everything! My family thoroughly enjoyed. There is a great lake, beach, and playground about a 3 min walk away. This was great for the kids. Also, an easy trek to grocery and up to Beaver Creek village. We will stay here again.

2025 Ski Trip

We had a great stay for a ski trip in February! The unit was very comfortable for our family of 6, with bunkbeds to spare. The owners were very helpful and even warned us about road closures, which was very kind and thoughtful. The buses provided by the condominium association made access to the Avon ski area very easy. And even the buses to the village are useful. Would recommend!

Love the renovations!

We stayed here two years in a row. First year was great, so we booked again. Really pleased with all the upgrades, new carpet, king beds in both adult rooms, kids loved the bean bag and the updated bunk beds! We will be back again next year for sure!

Almost perfect for 2 families of 4

What a great spot! Three full bedrooms, (two full suites with king size beds and private bathrooms, the third with 2 pairs of bunks), plus enough shared space in the living and dining areas to fit everyone. A few minor issues, such as the fact that the dining room table only sits six and there were not enough ski racks for eight people made it not completely perfect, but the private shuttle was super nice and the close proximity to the hot tub was awesome. Sure, it's not ski in/ski out, but at the price point, you're not going to find a better use of space and furnishings for two families of four.

We stayed at this property recently and it was great
 the condo was clean and updated and comfortable
 and the location near the lake is amazing. We would stay here again in the future. We would just bring shampoo and fans next time haha (we were able to go to a nearby store to get these things).

Great location

Location was great, free shuttle few minutes to gondola. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Lots of extras like spices, tea, coffee liners etc which was really nice. Very spacious, nice large comfy couch in living area. Fans were appreciate ld as rooms got warm. Bunk room had set of twin bunk and a set of full size bunks with a 3rd trundle bed under so could sleep plenty of kids (we had 2 teens and 2 tweens). Check in process was super easy. Nice hot tub right outside the unit. (Larger hot tubs you have to walk to a different building). Plenty of parking. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Good Stay with just a few updates

Good overall stay and I wish I just would have been prepared for a couple of things before renting this place. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything above and below you. The master has a door to the back porch and we heard people coming in and out of their condos all hours of the night. The ice machine is broken so make sure to bring your own ice. The shuttle is great, but recommend you walk a little furhter down to the AVON shuttle to be dropped directly off at the village instead of just down the street to the Westin gondola as you have to take numerous lifts to get to the top and with little kids, it was quite the process. We cooked every night and the kitchen as the general basics and a crock pot. The bedrooms are as described but the master bed is very hard. And just a suggestion, bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap. The pool/hot tubs were awesome! The owner was very responsive.

Dirty place

Walking in to this condo we were hit with overwhelming bad smell. Then we saw dirty towels still in washing machine, then the very dirty stained carpet. Was pretty grossed out and disappointed as we were there with daughter, son in law and grandchildren for our other daughters wedding. So disappointed to be charged so much for the condo and a big cleaning fee and then got this. I mean come on dirty towels in washer still!. GROSS! Means the whole place wasnt really cleaned, bed sheets probably werent even washed either. So much money spent for such a dirty place. Why cant people just give you an honest deal these days? Very sad. Do not stay here.

Rude, greedy, mean, fraudulent - ruined our Christmas

When we were searching for a home for Xmas, we REQUIRED a working fireplace. We were in the mountains, had little kids (the Santa thing), we needed a fireplace. We were so excited to find this home had everything we wanted and booked it in early May 2022. TWO days before we were set to arrive, the owner messaged me telling me the fireplace didn’t work, wouldn’t work and for “fireplace ambiance” we should turn on Netflix instead. I asked to cancel with a refund since one of her amenities wasn’t available, she declined. I begged for a refund because she could rent the condo out again, and I could find another place that fits our requirements. She declined. This is a breach of contract. She’s advertising an amenity that isn’t available!!!!! Her first picture she advertises is THE FIREPLACE! What’s the worst part is that I purchased trip insurance and was told by VRBO that I could cancel and get a refund for any reason. That is not the case. So not only am I out $3,000, my very young children were robbed of a beautiful Xmas in the mountains because of lack of customer service and GREED. Never ever ever work with this company especially this owner.

Awesome time in Beaver Creek!

What a perfect place for our family to get away for a few days! With the cold weather, we had everything we needed in the kitchen to whip up comfort foods and enjoy the company. We've got two energetic, young boys...the park being just steps away was a life-saver and so much fun. My son even asked if we can come back in the summer for a change of scenery. Thanks so much for the wonderful memories!

Wonderful place to stay in Avon, CO.

This condo was wonderful. It is in a great location with easy access to a ski bus, close to a park and restaurants, and close to the bus for Vail. It was very spacious for our large family and even worked well to host friends that were staying nearby. The owner, Erin, was great to work with and was very timely and responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect place to stay to ski at Beaver Creek and/or Vail.
