Luxury Villa situated on the Marina, located on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour. This exquisite Villa is designed with a new front balcony extended from the second bedroom sliding doors with 1 queen and 1 single bed and its own bathroom. The Master Bedroom with its King size bed has its own en-suite bathroom, and a rear balcony overlooking the Marina. The first level contains a fully equipped updated kitchen with quarts countertop and large sink, including a Microwave, Electric Stove, Kitchen utensils, etc. An expansive Living/Dining Room, beautiful Chandelier. This leads unto the rear deck for relaxing with two lounge chairs and barbecue grill. A 40-inch T.V with high-speed internet, which includes about 3,000 movie channels, Wi-Fi, Laundry room with new washer and dryer. Free parking on premises, are one of the many amenities. It's done for your enjoyment.

We are the proud owners of this lovely Villa. We are from the Northern New Jersey area and we do take pride in ownership. As Pastors, who has been travelling to Antigua for over 18 years, felt this as a wise move to purchase a Villa. We are very particular and requiring no smoking in our Villa. You will enjoy this very relaxed environment.

This property is extra special because of its location on the South Finger, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Its very relaxing and its own by individual's who does care about people. The environment is very quiet and also very nice for a family.
