Lovely studio, located in the city centre of Menton in the Victoria Palace residence. Direct access to the sea and city centre. Ideal for a stay on the French Riviera.



Air-conditioned accommodation with a side sea view balcony.

Within the residence: swimming pool, sauna, solarium, indoor bicycles.



You will have an internet connection. If needed, access to the public St-Roch car park located in the building's basement.



In a high-end residence, between the sea and the St-Roch roundabout. Franco-Italian concierge. The studio is located on the 4th floor.



Immediate proximity to shops, restaurants and public transport.

A stone's throw from the old town of Menton.



The accommodation is carefully prepared and disinfected before your arrival.



Your IDEA agency is located five minutes walking distance from the accommodation, and its team will be available during your stay.



Check-in possible 24/24h:

Physical reception between 16h and 18h from Tuesday to Saturday.

Autonomous arrival after 18:00 and on Sundays/Mondays and public holidays.

The area is safe, quiet, close to shopping, to the beach, to dinning, transportation, grocery store and many many more!! I love this little place! I wish all my rentals were like this one. I really mean it!

excellent location

close to bus, train, just a few steps to the sea, walkable to shops, restaurants, bakery. perfect for one person. a bit of street noise. good view of the sea from balcony. great price. excellent communication with property manager.

The location and an apartment are great!Exept my security deposit 450€ has'nt been refunded yet..

The property is clean and nicely located. It's equipped with washing and coffee machines and all necessary kitchen tablewear. The host is amazing, friendly, lovely and we had very nice communication. The only one thing did not go smoothly- my security deposit in sum 450 € after 1 month still haven't been returned by agency to my banking account. I believe it will be refunded asap! Will return again to this lovely place with all my pleasure!

Studio au Victoria Palace à MENTON

Pour un court séjour, une nouvelle fois nous avons logé à ce studio. Tout au top, accueil par Ninon et Aymerick qui sont très agréables et soucieux pour que le séjour se passe très bien. Je recommande ! Jean-Pierre. Je cherche, mais ne trouve pas. Bien sûr ils ne peuvent maîtriser la météo !

Un appartement idéalement situé. A proximité de la plage et de la vieille ville et de ses commerces. Je conseille de réserver le stationnement pour la durée du séjour au parking saint Roch juste sous la résidence.

Le logement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Literie très confortable. L'emplacement idéal dans le centre et proche du bord de mer, on peut tout faire à pied, je recommande fortement ! Rien, si ce n'est commander la météo... :')

Super emplacement, très animé. Vue sympathique!!

Très bon emplacement. Tout à proximité. Soirées animées pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Studio fonctionnel avec climatisation au TOP.
