Amenity passes provide access to a wide variety of seasonal and year-round activities, including:

• 3 heated outdoor pools (one within walking distance)
• 4 beaches across 2 scenic lakes (closest beach is a 3-minute drive)
• Fitness center & billiards room
• Tennis, pickleball, volleyball, bocce & basketball courts
• Multiple playgrounds (one nearby)
• Family game room
• Lodge events & seasonal activities

*Pool Schedule

• Open weekends beginning Memorial Day Weekend
• Open daily starting the third week of June
• Close after Labor Day

*Required Community Fees

(Set by the Arrowhead Lake Community Association)

Community Registration: $20 per reservation
Vehicle Gate Access: $20 per vehicle

Temporary Membership Fees (ages 6+):
• Off-season: $2 per person/night
• In-season (May 22 – Sept 7): $8.50 per person/night

Important:
• Registration must be submitted at least 1 day before arrival
• Registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival incur a $100 late fee
• Community fees are non-refundable once submitted
• Guest and vehicle counts cannot be changed on or after check-in

After booking:
• We’ll collect guest and vehicle information
• We’ll submit registration on your behalf
• VRBO will send a payment request for community fees
• You’ll receive QR codes for gate and amenity access before arrival
