Step inside and into an open-concept, airy floor plan on the first level. To the left of the entry, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and a breakfast bar seating four. A breakfast nook off to the side provides a corner nook for two, perfect for morning coffee! The kitchen blends seamlessly with the adjacent dining area, offering comfortable seating for 8 around a generous dining table. The living room has plenty of seating to accommodate both family and friends and is flanked by the large side open porch and a rear deck open porch, as well. A large, furnished side deck runs the length of the home with Adirondack seating. At the rear of the home off the living room is an open deck that runs the width of the living room for your outdoor dining featuring two outdoor tables that each seat four, perfect for grilling out after a long day at the beach!
