Great Location but Home Needs Investment and Repairs

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Home's location is great and as advertised. But the home itself needs work. My daughters were awoken one morning with water from the storm outside pouring into the bunk room onto their beds (management company came over quickly to help with towels but we had to leave buckets in place to catch water that morning). The downstairs is dated as are the bedrooms--Master bath is newer but master bedroom in need of remodel (though bed was comfy). Furnishings were pretty old and drawers could be tough to get open and closed. House overall fine because you are not in it that much but really needs serious investment and remodeling--looks like has not been touched (outside of master bath) since 90's. Internet also a bit unpredictable. However, management company was truly professional as always. Street was quiet and home close to beach and pool. I'd recommend for the location but need to have eyes open about property's condition.
