Good Location… quick response from property management to any questions

Rented the property for New Years. House was located close to skiing, indoor water parks and retail. Property management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This property fell way below expectations

There are more things that need to be addressed that can be listed. Outdoor: deck is rotting, hasn't been painted in years. The lawn hasnt been mowed or weed whacked. There are weeds growing out of the gutter. The hot tub is disgusting with mold on the sides. Inside: sheets smelled like cologne, coffee pot doesn't have the right pot and the coffee backed up in the basket. Faucets need the filters replaced because the water pressure is next to nothing in the bathroom sinks. Shower curtains aren't long enough to stop water from getting everywhere. Everything is constructed and cared for on a half assed fashion.
