Direct Beachfront Condo

This condo is very private and has a first floor master bedroom with a king size bed, a loft area with one queen bed and, two twin beds. There is one bathroom and a stackable washer/dryer located on the first floor. A sliding glass door leads to a balcony overlooking the beach and Casco Bay. The beach is only a few steps from the condo.

Just .6 miles from the pier makes the location perfect, allowing for quiet nights while remaining within walking distance to all your favorite places for both food and entertainment.

(Please note! Linens and towels are not provided., however all beds are equipped with pillows and quilts) This property rents with Saturday to Saturday stays only during in-season weeks.

No beach towels or beach gear is to be left outdoors. An extra cleaning fee with be charge if trash, food or a dirty unit is left behind.
Linens and towels are not provided.
No access is allowed in loft storage space. If damage should occur to the home, you must report it during your stay or, additional fees may apply.

Born and brought up here in Maine, we have always had a great appreciation for the water and it's ability to calm the soul. It was our dream to own and renovate a low maintenance place we could enjoy with our daughter and her family. We love it, and we are happy to share the experience with others.

Why they chose this property

Although you are stepping into a condo, it really feels more like a beach house. The wood ceilings really bring a very cozy feel to the unit. The first floor master bedroom and the over sized loft really allow families to have plenty of space to enjoy. Kids love the spiral staircase! Best feature; the view!

What makes this property unique

The unit has skylights, a heated bathroom floor (for cold nights), and ceiling fans in all sleeping areas. The balcony overlooking the water is where most people spend mornings
having coffee, or just enjoying the expansive ocean views!

The location is perfect, walking out of the unit you are literally just steps from the sand. The property also has a grass area on the beach side, for hanging out or playing games. The complex has only 18 units and strictly enforces a No Pet policy with a $200/day fine.
