Aside from the amazing and lush exterior of the home with an expansive upstairs deck, the home has hurricane resistant doors and windows, a mist away mosquito system, Aqua Tex water softner and a Generac generator. Two recently updated HVAC systems will keep you comfortable. For ease into the second story home, you have an ELEVATOR!! The renovations in the home are light and bright with designer choices in the kitchen that will blow you away. There is even a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Enjoy water views from nearly every window, lush green grass and great shade trees also envelop the property. On the lower deck of your new home, you have a full bath and plenty of space to entertain. You have room to store all of your gear and much more. Come enjoy life on the water!!
