Welcome to Dock of Dreams. Your home away from home. Park your car during your vacation and enjoy a beach lifestyle the southern way. Fripp Island is about 3000 acres of natural beauty which has been designated as a Wildlife Sanctuary. Fripp Island is a gated beachfront Resort community that is home to 2 championship golf courses, 6 swimming pools, fishing and crabbing piers, shopping, several restaurants, Racquet Club, Marina, and Camp Fripp for Kids. Fripp is just a day trip away from Beaufort, Charleston, and Savannah, Ga.
The house is centrally located on the Island and a short distance to the Cabana Club with 3 pools, wet bar, restaurant, salon, and Camp Fripp. The family playground is within walking distance of the front door which also has a basketball and volleyball court.
Fripp is Blessed with 3 1/2 miles of beautiful uncrowded white sandy beaches.
As you walk into this upscale home, you will be greeted with a gorgeous view of the canal. The home features a coastal themed with Luxury Vinyl Tile through out the whole house. The main living area of the home is a beautiful open concept designed for family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and all the comforts from home. The home comes with one bedroom on the main living floor which holds a king size bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The Master bedroom is upstairs with 2 other bedrooms. All Bedrooms come with cable TV. There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill available in the garage for you to cook up some steaks or fresh seafood. The house comes equipped with beach chairs. The favorite feature of the house is the screened in back deck overlooking the Canal. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or your evening cocktail while listening to the ocean waves crashing and feeling the ocean breeze. Also, the fishing dock is a bonus. A boaters delight.

Our main residence is in Clearwater Florida. We love getting away and coming to Fripp because of the low country lifestyle and the southern charm. We enjoy parking our cars and jumping on the golf cart to tour the island. Our favorite thing to do is to jump on the golf cart and go and watch the sunset. The kids enjoy the freedom of jumping on bikes and riding around the island. Going to the marina and getting a coke. Or riding up to the front of the island to purchase candy. The best part for us is all of the memories that we are making as a family!

Even though this home is new to us… Having a home on Fripp is not. We Love this home because of its Charleston style charm.
