This unit was sufficient for the short stay that we needed. It's in a kind of sketchy neighborhood but the people we spoke to were nice, mostly Spanish speaking though. We got into the unit easily. We had to have an extra large vehicle take us from the airport bec we had 6 people and a lot of luggage, with that being said we had to unload in the alley which was very unkept and trash everywhere. Did like that the facility was fenced though even though it was open to anyone. Since we didn't have a vehicle, we had Uber eats delivery food and Target same day delivery which was nice. Kitchen was small but it was all we needed since we were only there for 19 hrs. There are Roosters outside and they will wake you up early, just fyi. Overall, stay was fine for a short time.

Family Stay at Wynnewood

This is our second time staying at this property. We actually rented both properties to use prior to our cruise. Both properties were very clean and just enough space for the family to not feel cramped. One suggestionā€¦.possibity of supplying ice and maybe bottles of water.

Cute, clean, and spacious

Located just a quick walk to the "hub" of the arts district, this property was very cute, exceptionally clean, and had lots of room for multiple guests. My family of 3 were very cozy here. The host was timely and precise in communication. Excellent VRBO. We highly recommend it!

Nice house for a short stay!

The owner was great with communication and even adjusted our stay to get in early when Delta changed our flight time. This was a perfect little house for staying the night before the cruise - close enough to walk to Wynwood Walls and lots of restaurants (although you may want to Uber back if it's after dark, the area is a little rough). The property was clean and well secured, I felt very safe there. My only suggestion is if staying there, bring ear plugs - there are quite a few roosters loose in the area and you are directly in the flight path for Miami, so there is lots of plane noise.

Very pleasant!

This was an amazing property to stay at for a great price! in a prime location! We had NO issues with the cleanliness of the house or the area. If you know Miami you know what to expect. In walking distance from all the action, we walked back and fourth from the rental to Wynwood Art District with no problems. Our first night we walked around the corner and stumbled across some of the most authentic and delicious Indian Cuisine we have ever had in Florida! We anticipate to rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone!

Overnight Stay

We just needed a place to stay overnight before our cruise. We had a late flight and communicated that with the owner. They were very clear on how to get to the property and it was super easy to get access. They were even considerate enough to leave the front porch light on as well as lamp so we were fumbling in the dark. The property was also very clean. Weā€™d definitely consider again.

Super clean 2 bedroom with everything we needed.

We were staying here for a couple days after a week long cruise and really needed to wash some clothes. I was happy that Kayaā€™s place has conditioner, shampoo, body wash and even laundry detergent, even though I bought my own tide thinking no one would provide laundry detergent, but boy was I wrong. The place was very clean and looks exact as pictured. It was very close to Miami boardwalk. We felt safe and the AC was cool. I would stay here again. I was able to text Kaya when I needed anything and she responded right away. Awesome place and host.

I thought this was a very nice place to stay. I have seen many reviews with complaints regarding the area, noise, etc. However, I cannot fault the property based on location. It is in Miami and itā€™s near an airport, but I knew this when I chose the area. It was very clean, the washer and dryer was a great convenience for my family as we took a trip to the beach and had to get ready for our upcoming cruise in the morning. Being able to wash and dry all of our wet clothes was a major plus. Despite the airport being nearby, we all slept very good and there was no disturbances for us. While there the internet had an outage but the property manager was quick to communicate this with me by reaching to me before I even brought it to her attention. I highly recommend and would choose the rental again!!

Unpleasant surprise

Neighborhood was very shady ,roosters and chicken everywhere,the property was a duplex, the ice maker or water didn't work on the property, the unit had to be fixed because it had a loud nose and there was a mouse in the house , the owner agreed to refund a day and never did , the bed was broken,really cheap furniture
