Fabulous opportunity to stay in great East Delray Beach location. Just a short drive from Downtown Delray Beach, this incredible 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home is perfect for a Family Vacation!

Only registered Guests are allowed stay overnight on the property. According to rules in place, guests are not to exceed 10 guests including including guests stated on reservation. If you plan on inviting anyone else to the property, you must first notify us. Any guests with excess visitors without consent or unauthorized visitors, parties are subject to eviction without refund!

House is professionally cleaned after each stay with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19 and Disinfect Large Spaces, High-Touch and Complex Surfaces Quickly With Electrostatic Sprayer and Clorox Turbo Disinfectant Bleach-Free Cleaner!

This 3BR/2BA home features a completely updated interior with modern decor and four smart TVs. Located just minutes from the sparkling coastline, enjoy unbeatable access to the best of the city.

Situated right on the Gulf Stream canal, the outdoor area offers a screened lanai with alfresco dining, a private pool, and grill.

Relax in the sunny living area, fitted with plush seating for the group and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The pristine kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a wine fridge.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a smart TV -- one offers a desk. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Lounge by the heated pool (up to 6’-deep), situated next to the Gulf Stream canal. The screened lanai is equipped with alfresco dining and cushioned seating.

Fire up the gas or charcoal grill and host an afternoon cookout. In the evening, gather around the wood-burning fire pit.

My house is located on the Boca Raton and Delray Beach border in South Palm Beach County, Florida. House is in between Linton Blvd and the C-15 Canal that boarders Boca Raton. The most northern three canals of Boca Raton are also considered to be in Tropic Isle.

House is very well located, just blocks from the ocean and minutes to Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray, Mizner Park, Downtown Boca Raton and I95.

Delray Beach is one of the hottest areas to live in South Florida. Consistently recognized by national media outlets as one of America’s Top 10 small cities to live in. Over recent years the downtown and historic neighborhoods have been revitalized and the city is very active with art fairs, parades and many other festivals throughout the year.

Boca Raton, Florida is known for its golf courses, parks and beaches. Large, oceanfront Red Reef Park is home to the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center with trails, a butterfly garden and a sea turtle sanctuary. Downtown, Boca Raton Museum of Art has modern and contemporary American and European collections, and a sculpture garden. Nearby Mizner Park Amphitheater hosts concerts and events. The Town Center Mall is a top grossing Simon Mall with Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Ave and high end boutique offerings. Visit neighboring Atlantic Avenue in Downtown Delray Beach for wonderful dining, nightlife and shopping.

This house was truly like being home - every amenity I could think of plus spices, pot, pans and extra linens so we didnt have to do laundry. Excellent host and we could not have been happier with our stay.

Fantastic property

Beautifully decorated and furnished property. We especially enjoyed the 85” TV and screened in porch overlooking the pool and canal. Brand new kitchen and appliances, comfortable beds, and really well set up for guests. We will definitely return next time we’re in the area.

The kind of stay that makes you exhaleThis place was magic. From the moment we walked in, our entire family felt completely at home. It’s beautifully designed, super comfortable, and close to everything — including the beach — but honestly, we barely wanted to leave the house.We spent our days in and out of the pool, laughing around the kitchen island, and sipping coffees (and desserts!) on the porch. The energy here is peaceful, warm, and easy. The host was incredible…kind, responsive, and clearly thoughtful about every detail. We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals, but this one had soul. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great location. Close to everything.

Everything was great. The screened in area could have used a little bit more cleaning, and there was some noise from the nearby highway when outside. The house had everything you would need, and then some. Great communication with the owner. Comfortable furniture and nice large televisions :-) Overall great house!

Family wedding vacation

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Great location in a very safe neighborhood, short driving distance to Delray's Atlantic Ave, the beach, and downtown Boca Raton. Very clean, fully supplied, any questions, the owner was quick to respond. The backyard is like staying at a luxury resort, pool, hot tub, and cabana, located on a waterway. We loved it! A GEM!!

Start to finish was great! The house was perfect & the layout of the house was great for our group of 6! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Our boys loved being able to fish in the canal and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ended our trip with s’mores at the firepit!! House is full of the newest technology. Close to everything!! Communication was excellent before checkin, at checkin and checking out!! *HIGHLY recommend! We will definitely rent again!

Fantastic place - great wildlife

We’ve rented several houses near my parents’ condo in Delray, this was by far the best. The pool was larger than it looks on the photos and we had a remote control for heat, bubbles and lights. Egrets and other birds visited to dig for food and drink water, and the lizards in the trees near the water were giant. The kids loved that, and my parents loved the many places to sit outside (at least one is out of the direct Sun at all times). The common areas and bedrooms were exactly as described with lots of clean linens and a fully-stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive when we needed pool instructions, and there’s a nice flow of waterskiers and other boats in the canal. We’d like to return!

TEN STARS!! One of a Kind in Delray Beach, FL

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home located in a nice quiet, family neighborhood in Delray Beach. The house and very large yard were impeccably clean, and the yard had multiple fruit trees, so fresh mangoes were on the menu for us. The open concept made entertaining super easy and enjoyable. The home has easy-to-use technology throughout and the Starlink internet was fast and robust. The house backs up to a beautiful canal which was great for watching many different types of birds and, our favorite, otters (yep, otters)! The sleepy neighborhood is just a few minutes from the beach and all the amazing restaurants you could want. The owner was so very helpful on helping us get settled in and responded within a few minutes to questions. It was a home-away-from-home experience, we will definitively return! Thank you very much!!

Acceptable accommodations

This property was fine it just wasn't my style. The marble flooring throughout the house gave us a cold, sterile commercial feel. We were spoiled by our last house in Punta Gorda so perhaps i am unjustly comparing everything else with that. The house was well stocked with everything you need, with high end appliances and dishes. The living room tv was very large with a great picture but at times the connection would fail, freezing the broadcast. The living room furniture was minimal and not comfortable. Felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to the activities of Delray and the beach. The pool was not screened in leaving numerous bugs to do a dead's man float. The pool skimmer net was riddled with large holes making it useless to get those poor bugs out. The bottom line is the house was okay.

Beliw is Gary’s message to me, he is a typical hypocrat! Never mention any issues and publishing such a review! Pool is cleaned twice a week by pool service, Tuesday and Friday. He stayed Sat to Mon, can’t have 24 hrs pool service! Below his message to me, Good morning, yes it is a beautiful house. We are heading back up to Panama City in the morning so a late check out unfortunately won't be needed. We should be gone by 9:00 A.M. thank you, We shall take care of things. Gary

Great proximity to downtown and beaches

Well-appointed home and we’ll-equipped kitchen for get-together with mom and sister. I -95 a little loud while outside by pool/spa. The canal view is beautiful. Blue light on switches in bedrooms too much for sleeping. Toilet seat didn’t fit toilet and master toilet didn’t flush well. Host very responsive.

Exceeds Expectations

This is truly a GEM find for our family. We visiting family down in Del Ray & Jupiter FL couple of times a year for the family. This is hands down our favorite place to stay with the family. A corner lot with pool, massive TV, amazing streaming selection and peaceful neighborhood. The house is equipped with state of the art in technology to enhance your experience and amazing communication with the host Tayfun. Stay experience

The property owner Tayfun is easily contactable and very quick in responding. The property is very well done up with more than adequate amenities and furnishings are thoughtfully done . The big flat screen TV in living room is a treat , however with this type of setting , it would have been greater to have the sofas seating sizes larger which would bring more comfort watching the TV. Kitchen is well stocked with all the equipments. Overall quite a pleasant experience living in the house for more than 3 weeks.

Wonderful Stay

This property was a wonderful place to stay. The house was very clean. All furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices, an amazing blender, a top-end mixer, and coffee makers. We loved having breakfast on the screened-in patio. We enjoyed the pool and the paddleboard. We look forward to our next visit.
