Townhouse on water with boathouse!

3 bedroom, 2 full bath townhouse on the water with private boathouse. Located in a quiet area on Carnegie Bay in Alexandria Bay.

-10-15 minute walk to downtown Alexandria Bay with shopping, restaurants, bars and Scenic View Park with a playground and beach.
-15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Uncle Sam boat tours to visit Boldt Castle.
-Short drive to wineries, golf, mini-golf, boat rentals, boat tours, Clayton, etc.

This unit has 1 Full bed in a private room downstairs if you prefer to sleep in a darker room. 1 Queen bed in the loft upstairs if you prefer to wake up with the sun. 2 Twin beds in a private, dark room attached to the loft bedroom. Full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living room is bright and sunny and has a balcony overlooking the bay with chairs and a small grill. Washer and dryer set.
You can fit up to a 30 ft. boat in our private boat house on the ground level. You can also bring your fishing pole and fish right off the boathouse!

The main entrance to our house is on the second level. You will either have to walk up the stairs or use the outdoor elevator located a few units over.

The place was beautiful and the location was amazing! We had a fantastic time here boating, sightseeing, and chilling at the house. Communication was great with the host. Definitely a great time and place to be.

This was our third year in a row staying here and it will not be our last. Amazing location, amazing property, always clean and comfortable. Its a short walk to downtown, you are right on the water to access your boat, and Carnagie marina is located directly across from the property, making parking your vehicle and boat trailer so easy and painless. The owners are always responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this propery enough! We love it and look forward to coming here every summer.

Our favorite spot to explore Thousand Islands

This is our second time staying at this property and it has quickly become our favorite spot! Location is amazing, house is clean and welcoming, and the boat ramp makes for really easy access with the boat. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Thousand Islands!

Absolutely perfect little townhouse with a secure boat garage located next to the marina which was super convenient. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. The pictures didn't do this property justice. It had absolutely everything we needed. We loved it and the pups loved it too. Can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay

Our group went up for a fishing trip and having a boat this place was great. Boat garage underneath the condo. Very clean great location. Easy to get to very close to town. We would rent this again in the near future

Everything was as advertised and pictured in description. The marina directly across was conveniently located to launch our boat and store our trailer. This condo location is a good choice for a boating getaway.

Great location and beautiful property

My husband and I had been wanting to visit Thousand Islands for a long time and our visit was beyond our expectations. Beautiful house in quiet and convienient location. We loved having quick access go our boat with tye garage and we ended up walking into town every evening since it was only about a mile to the restaurants and docks. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful and Convenient

We loved this property! Very clean and updated. The boat slip garage was perfect for our stay. No better place than Alex Bay for the 4th of July. Check in was seamless and lots of contact with the owners. Very responsive. We'll be staying again!

Boating the 1000 islands

Very clean updated property. Had everything we needed. Loved the lower boat house and marina across the channel made launching and trailer storage easy. This home was close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the scenic boating, visiting both castles and state parks with our 19’ boat.

If you are looking to fish or boat you get a boathouse and have electric to charge your batteries. Beds have sheets Good location, but the living room is small for 5 guys.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean. The boathouse was ideal for us to store our boat for the week. Zach and Nancy responded to our messages right away whenever we had questions. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for next year the day we left. Thank you!

It was amazing

I've been going to the islands since I was a baby and I'm 32 now. Staying in that house was one of the nicest vacations me and my family have had in years. It was very clean and it felt like being at home while I was in the islands. Also love the fish you can see from the back porch above the boat house.

Awesome hosts, beautiful condo

Our stay in the townhouse in Harbor Villas in Alexandria Bay was awesome! Harbor Villas #5 is beautiful. It has everything you need for while enjoying a relaxing time on the St, Lawrence River. Everything we needed was in this condo. It made for a worry free stay. The hosts Zach and Nancy were so nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend Hatbor Villas #5. We will definitely visit again.
