Casa Azul Profundo è una spettacolare villa con 15 camere da letto fronte oceano, arroccata su una scogliera rocciosa che si affaccia sullo spettacolare e famoso punto di riferimento geologico Los Arcos, 5 miglia a sud del centro di Puerto Vallarta, vicino alla spiaggia di Mismaloya.

Casa Azul Profundo si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da Playa de Mismaloya, che è una delle migliori spiagge di Puerto Vallarta. La metà della spiaggia ha un ristorante in stile palapa all'aperto con birra e cibo locale e il resto della zona è un tratto di spiaggia di sabbia.

Amazing staff and location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was accommodating, responsive and professional. The views were beautiful and the food was delicious. There were a few plumbing issues but these were not problematic as there were many options and staff was responsive to our needs. We would return. Huge thanks to Javi, Pedro, Mani, and Itzel each of whom was outstanding in their respective role. They helped make this an exceptional vacation.

Excellent Stay!

Casa Azul Profundo 1 was spacious and comfortable, and the view was beautiful! The staff was excellent and very friendly! We appreciate Jabier who coordinated everything at the house and made us drinks and made sure all our needs were met. Griz did a wonderful job of housekeeping and always had a beautiful smile and greated us with Buenos Diaz every morning! Abraham cooked us delicious meals and baked us some great desserts, especially the chocolate cake to celebrate 3 birthdays in our family, we truly enjoyed each meal, and Angel helped also in the kitchen while his arm was still healing. Gracias to all of them for making our stay so Exelente! We had a week to remember and felt like a family well cared for for an entire week! Simply excelente!

Wish We’d Known!!

Lovely welcome from April and Xavier. They are so gracious and helpful. The web description says the beach is a 3 minute walk! Not so - it’s at least 10 - 15 minutes single file along a very busy, somewhat narrow road. That’s the only beach that’s remotely walkable. With 2 80+ year olds and a 5 yo, it was not an easy activity. With a group that large (15), it would be helpful if you asked the ages so we could be informed of the very steep, cobblestone driveway we needed to negotiate anytime we walked… even to catch a bus. Also should inform guests about the family of raccoons who make nightly visits. Glad our door was closed!! They came into the house right next to our room! Our family has a property management business so perhaps we’re looking at this more carefully. But it’s a beautiful property, plenty expensive and a few considerations would have made it easier and more pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul Profundo. Roger was very helpful in providing information we needed. He also helped with planning the food regularly and communicated prices well. The house was very spacious for all of our guests.

Best birthday trip!!

I planned a trip to Casa Azul Profundo for my 30th birthday with 20 friends and it was nothing but exceptional. Roger, Luis, Javier were all amazing and made our stay so welcoming and easy. The food from Luis was to die for, everything was so fresh and he made picking the menu each day so easy. Javier made the best drinks for our group every afternoon, and Roger made all the logistics so seamless and helped us with any excursions we had throughout the weekend. I would recommend this property highly to anyone looking to book a large group trip!! It’s a beautiful location just 10 min walking to the beach and various stores. We loved every minute of our stay and I hope to make it back here someday!!

Amazing Location and Amazing Staff: 100% Recommend

I can't say enough good things about this property and the staff at the property. We were treated like Kings and Queens the entire time. The pictures of course are beautiful, but they still can't capture the true beauty of the property. Every room has it's own bathroom and we had 17 people at the dinner table - with lots of room to spare. We fell in love with Roger, Javier, and Louis from the minute we arrived. Roger was there for us at any given moment to assist in arranging transportation and giving us advice. Javier was our waiter (yes, a waiter is included - crazy right) and he never let us go a minute without a drink. (PS: Javier has the most amazing smile that will brighten your day no matter what). Louis is the chef and let me tell you what - he cooks food to die for. Every bite as incredible! Spoil yourself and book this property. You will not regret it. I will find my way back for sure - I promise Roger!

We can't wait to return. This felt like paradise. No complaints! Rodger was amazing. He was so kind, fun, compassionate, helpful and accommodating. The entire staff was so fun, welcoming, kind, patient, hospitable. The food was astounding. We ate like Kings and Queens. They were so wonderful at scheduling tours, transportation and over all helping us. ROOMS: Just breath taking views, space, accommodations, cleanliness, comfort. STAFF: Astounding. Rodger is wonderful! FOOD: Delicious! Great for a big group of friends and family. We even hosted our elopement here! If you are interested contact Selma Vazquez +52 322 131 7331. She was amazing and by far the best wedding planner and event planner ever. She was calm, kind, FUN, helpful and really translated our dreams. I would hire her even if it was a family birthday because she took care of everything! We can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Casa Azul Profundo was wonderful. The views from our rooms and the pool were amazing. The staff was very kind and attentive to all of our needs. Roger and Aaron are very hard working and kind, they made us feel very special. Salina is an excellent cook every meal was delicious. Lily our house keeper did an awesome job on our rooms and the entire house. You have a very special staff and property that has been well cared for by the wonderful staff that you employ. We will definitely return to this property in the near future. Thank you!

Incredible

I celebrated my 90th birthday at Casa Azul Profundo with 15 kids and grandkids. I believe that all of us agreed that it was one of the greatest weeks in our lives. Kudos to Roger and the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding and the care shown by the staff was amazing. I have informed Roger that we will all be back for my 95th birthday, so Roger, stick around!. Ken

Fantastic Place!!

Staff is unbelievably friendly and generous with their time. All seem completely focused on keeping guests happy. Beautiful home, beautiful views, great location. Nicely perched on a cliff. There is a local beach within a short walk (away from town). It is an easy quick Uber ride to go into Zona Romántica (the artsy district). Perfect mix of out if town and close to town. Food was amazing too. Probably wouldn’t be good for small kids because the cliff. Great for big groups. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful space and incredible views! We had 30 guests, and there is beautiful social space to come together; and rooms to enjoy your privacy. Roger and staff are welcoming, gracious and ALWAYS there when we needed them; and offering advise on local customs and happenings. Booking the location was easy and painless, the house staff was amazing and attentive from the food to the drinks...anything we needed. Excellent suggestions on food, travel and events. Perfection in Puerto Vallarta

My teenage daughter decided she wanted us to spend spring break with some of her friends. I suggested we invite their families and set out to find a nice place to spend a week. After finding Casa Azul Profundo and reading the glowing reviews, I booked our week with high hopes. I was not disappointed. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left Roger and his team made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The house itself is spacious and beautiful, but what makes the place truly special is the attentiveness and skill of the staff. I could not praise Roger, Sylvia and Celina enough. Our group consisted of 12 people, seven adults and five teenagers. This was the group’s first vacation together and the house provided nice communal areas as well as spaced out bedrooms that provided privacy if someone wanted some alone time. Roger jumped in and took care of everything. From coffee in the morning, to transportation into town and back, to bringing in masseuses to handle sore muscles after a zipline trip, to arranging a local boat to take us snorkeling, every “Roger could you” request was answered with a “yes”. I could go on for paragraphs about how great of a chef Sylvia is. We originally had intended on spending dinners at restaurants, but after the first night we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the dinner table at the house and Sylvia’s meals. The only dinner we ate out was when we went to see the Savia (Rhythms of the Night) show that included a dinner. I’m looking forward to returning to Puerto Vallarta and when we do I will certainly make sure we stay at Casa Azul Profundo again.

Perfect Wedding Getaway

Wow- what can I say? This place was everything that was promised. All of the wonderful reviews are indeed true. We used this home for a 6 day wedding getaway with our closest family and friends. Roger and his staff were amazing. Upon arrival, Rodger makes everything very easy. The house is stocked before your arrival with your grocery/beverage requests and grocery shopping is done daily. Roger provides thorough tracking of receipts to make sure you know where all your money is going. Roger even had answers to our most random questions or requests. The cooking was phenomenal. We opted for breakfast and dinner most days, and were never disappointed. Also, Rodger's staff is very good with incorporating leftovers into the next meal to help save money and prevent wasted food. The views are extraordinary and we saw whales from the patio almost daily. It's approx. 10 minutes from the wonderfully quaint public beach. Our group did a number of excursions on the water with local guides, and found everyone we dealt with to be very pleasant. Our group was very impressed with the accommodations, and everyone enjoyed their rooms. We HIGHLY recommend this house for whatever event you're planning. We had a group of 25 adults, and 5 kids. The predictions of it costing around $20-25/person/day we found to be pretty accurate (our group were big fans of the Corona). We felt very safe at this location and felt that the staff really cares that everyone is enjoying their time. We hope to return again in the future!

The entire vacation exceeded our expectations in every way

How do I start to begin to do justice to this experience. Fifteen of us, from 78 to 15, had an amazing time. House was beyond spectacular with huge rooms each with a great view, balcony and/or big terrace. One day we had 5 people getting massages on our terrace at the same time. (Cost was $30.each) All meals were dictated by what we told staff and served at the time we requested. (Some days we needed to sleep late - something about the tequila, I guess.). Food was delicious. One morning we saw two whales as we ate at our outdoor dinning area. Best part of the trip was Roger, the property manager. He knows everything about the area, can arrange taxis, boating, surfing, bungee jumping, etc. He listens and does anything requested in a most friendly and-cordial manner. The entire staff of 4 is equally as accommodating and friendly. By the rime we left we all felt as if we had made new friends, particularity with Roger and Aaron. I cant recommend the entire experience highly enough to do it justice

Jimmy , Mary and Lily very professional and at the same time made us all feel like family.

Azul Profundo is a beautiful property with views which are unprecedented of the bay and Los Arcos. There really are no bad rooms, something for everyone, very one clean and attractively decorated. The common area large enough to handle our group of 22 adults and to small children. The staff Jimmy our house man, Mary our chef and Lily our house keeper where in the top 3 staffs we have ever had in Our 11 trips to PV. They were able to answer all our many questions and able to complete all our request, from trips,food, transportation or places to go in town. My biggest surprise was that they knew some of the same people I have met and made friends with in my past trips to PV. As we all gathered to leave for the airport to go home it felt like we were leaving the home of a relative. I hope to repeat this experience with my family and new friends (family) of Azul Profundo in the future. Thank You Simon for a experience with my family I will cherish forever. Great Place for family gathering

What a great place to gather and enjoy the AMAZING views from every room! The service from Roger (house manager) and the two staff that cooked and cleaned was fantastic. I’ve never received better service than this staff. Things to be prepared for: if you are utilizing vans to transport your group to and from town and to and from the airport, budget a great deal for transportation. We were charged $20 pp for round trip transportation to the airport. Every trip to the marina or into town was per person and pricey. Taxis are pretty reasonable and the local bus is very economical. The home is beautiful but is due for some refurbishment. The furniture and window coverings in many of the bedrooms has seen its better days. BUT these things can be easily be overlooked by the exceptional service, good food and amazing views. I look forward to enjoying this villa again in the future!

Amazing views

The house has amazing views and a wonderful pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful. It is about 15 minutes to the Old Town but about 25 minutes to the Romantic Zone. They connected us with a taxi company that had taxis and vans. If you take a taxi it is a fee for the taxi but if you take the van it is a per person fee. We had a group of between 12 and 8 on most rides. Because the property is not in town we spent a lot on money on transportation. Not a criticism but something to be aware of. The cook made some good basic food but we had more diverse meals in town. Overall it is a great spot to just relax.

More than we could hope for

We had a group of 21 people for 5 days to celebrate my husband and I’s wedding this past week. I have never left a review, but after the experience we had it would be a shame not to. Staff: Roger (Manager) - This man is awesome. He will make sure your every need is taken care of, from fresh towels to mealtimes to trips into town. He made meal planning and logistics a breeze, we always had enough food for each meal without tons of excess, and renting boats or calling a taxi was easy. He is a true professional. Selena (Cook) - She can and will cook anything for you. Amazing meals that were always ready in time. She was very flexible to our vegan and vegetarian eaters. Sylvia (Housekeeper) and cleaning staff - They would clean the place like magic. I felt like I never saw them cleaning, but the rooms and house were always clean. When I did see them, they always had a smile on their faces. (This holds true for the whole staff.) Miguel (Bartender/Server) - If you needed a drink, he was on top of it. Made one of the best Pina Coladas I have ever had. Everyone in our group loved him. House: Rooms - Each room had an amazing view and came with its own bathroom. My favorite bathroom resembled a jungle with a living wall in the shower. It was hard to choose which room to take, as all of them had something you wanted. Main Area - This is where our group spent most of the time. The pool is bigger than the pictures lead you to believe and the views from the living room are to die for. Dining Room - I didn’t even know this area existed when I looked at the photos online. This area was recently built and it is huge. This area has a ton of space that can be used for multiple purposes. This area also leads up to the rooms that were recently built, which we nicknamed the west wing. The experience: Boats - To rent a boat for a few hours in town is expensive. However you can just use Roger’s brother Danny or Selena’s husband Caesar for a much better rate. Each boat can hold roughly 15 people and can be used to access remote beaches, snorkeling, or even fishing. Our stay was fantastic from the moment we reserved it. Not only will Simon, the owner, respond quickly to any and all questions but he is also very accommodating. When we arrived at the house the staff was ready to help us with everything we needed and more. By the end we almost wished we didn’t go there because now we feel spoiled. This mega-mansion had it all, we will be back!

Heaven on earth

We recently stayed at the villa. We were a group of 20 family and friends and were there to celebrate mine and my husband's 20th anniversary and vow renewal. The place was beyond our expectations. So beautiful. I can't say enough about the staff - Victor, Carlos and George. We never wanted for anything and the food was fabulous. Miguel and Juan provided us with transportation on several occasions and they fabulous. We had our renewal at the villa and it was wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The Perfect Villa

Casa Azul Profundo 1 was absolutely stunning - We had the BEST trip!! Our group consisted of 16 adults, 3 infants, and 1 child - everyone had nothing but rave reviews about the house and staff. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Both Simon & Gabriella are very professional and timely with response. (trust me, I had a lot of questions with a group this large - Gabriella was always on it) payment was easy and arrival was luxury. The Staff was waiting outside for us upon arrival - it made for a very warm welcome. As soon as we entered the house, the staff greeted us with appetizers and margarita's - the best way to start the celebration. My husband was turning 40 - this trip will never be forgotten. The house is undeniably amazing however based on all my discussions with our travelers it's the Villa's STAFF that made our trip. Roger - He's so professional, understanding, honest, and kind. I could not have ask for a better service than what he provided. Each day he met with me to review the grocery list and what we needed for the day. He always did his best to find the best and freshest food for us. Roger was very cautious and conservative with our money, never taking advantage of us. One day he and Aaron even brought up 16 coconuts for us - that made our day!!!!!!!! #cocolocos Overall we're very thankful for Roger and EVERYTHING he did for us. You're lucky to have him on your staff. Aaron - Was also such a delight to work with. He made sure we were always taken care of and checking in to make sure we were good. He's so sweet, hardworking, and kind well. I appreciated Aaron because every time I turned around, I felt like he was there to help - very attentive! (He was also very sweet to my son and asked me if I needed anything for him - so thoughtful) Celina - Our Chef!! Her cooking would make any mom proud!! We never went to bed hungry & her preparation was perfect. Food was delicious and warm at each meal. Great flavors and even accommodated our two allergies (Shellfish for my gf, & garlic for my mom) both very serious. She made our trip and filled our bellies with love. Silva - Is so nice! She came to our rooms each morning and tidied up. She was quick and could trust her in our rooms, no questions asked! She too was professional, did her job & moved on to the next. Absolute perfection!

I finally found heaven! Between the beautiful home to the impecable staff we wanted for nothing! The staff is fun, professional, kind, helpful and so willing to do whatever it takes to have the perfect vacation! My friends and I had the most amazing time thanks to Simon, Roger and the rest of the staff. Trust me when I tell you that you need not look elsewhere and you will not regret staying here!

HANDS DOWN...THE MOST PHENOMENAL WEEK OF MY LIFE!!

The word EPIC is overused, but it this case here...EPIC is an UNDERSTATEMENT and there truly aren't enough words in the world to properly convey the magnificence of this property and the staff.  Our group of 33 has been in mourning since we had to leave and I've spent every day since then figuring out how quickly we could return. THE STAFF:  ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL That is the best way I can describe them.  Roger, Aaron, Jorge, Selena, Sylvia are EXCEPTIONAL and I literally sobbed when I had to leave them...they are family now.  The above and beyond amazing treatment, constant care taking, continuous companionship and unparalleled excellence we each received cannot be overstated!  These people are angels on earth!  On a side note, 3 travelers had a big passport problems and nearly every single day ROGER (my new favorite human being) compassionately and professionally jumped through hoops, took long rides to the consulate, and utilized every resource known to man to rectify and solve the problem...I am forever grateful for his kindness and invaluable devotion . THE PROPERTY: COMPLETELY EXTRAORDINARY From the start of my quest in planning, paying, questions, etc...the owners made it a seamless process and were so helpful and responsive. The Casa itself is EXCEPTIONAL and each room, each view if more breathtaking then imaginable. FOOD: SENSATIONAL They catered to our every need from grilled Lobster to preparing the fresh fish we caught...We introduced them to BANANA DAQUIRI'S...and I'm surprised that the blender motor didn't burn up.  Some of our favorites included the Huevo's Rancheros, Chili Relleno's, black beans, Carne Asada and Enchiladas. TRANSPORTATION: Utilizing Juan for airport transport and for important trips moving large groups worked really well, the average cost is $10 pp each way for the 40 minute airport run...I would recommend using UBER for other less important trips. Our week long stay was 100% PERFECTION,  FIRST-CLASS, SUPERB, EXCEPTIONAL, REMARKABLE and 1000% other positive words!!  If you are considering a stay here, stop considering it and book it immediately, it will be the best thing you have ever done! CASA AZUL PROFUNDO and all that it encompasses owns a piece of my heart forever and I AM ALREADY PLANNING MY NEXT TRIP THERE!

Beautiful property and outstanding staff

Case Azul Profundo was everything our family wanted for our vacation. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful property. Fourteen of us recently spent 10 wonderful days here in late July. Our group ranged in age from 75 - 14. Even before our arrival the property owner, Simon was in contact with us to make sure that the house was stocked with our favorite foods and beverages. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Roger and his outstanding staff. After room selections and putting our bags down, Roger had snacks and drinks ready for us. The house is situated on a cliff with a beautiful view of Los Arcos. Even though we were that in late July where the temperatures and humidity were high, each bedroom was nicely air conditioned. The common rooms are open to the outdoors, so between a breeze and ceiling fans it kept these areas livable. Of course there was always the infinity pool to cool off in. Every morning Roger would go over menu choices for the meals. He kept us stocked on all of our favorites going out of his way to ensure we had everything we wanted. Selena, the cook, is a culinary gem. She made some of the most delicious meals, especially a variety of seafood recipes. Silvia kept our rooms cleaned and well supplied and greeted us every morning with a smile. Growing up in the area Roger's knowledge of the things to see and do along with his connections with various individuals assured that we had plenty to do during our stay. Whether it was Juan who drove us all over, or Sammy who took us fishing and sightseeing by the water, everyone provided top notch service. Roger even arraigned for a trio of mariachi's, they were so talented and fun. Our family truly enjoyed our visit to Case Azul Profundo and hope to return many times.
