You will Enjoy a fabulous villa experience . A professional staff is there to take exceptional care of you. Angie is our in house manager and concierge. Prior to your stay she will communicate with you and provide the chefs menu and arrange meals and shopping. Help arrange transportation from the airport to the villa. Tours and excursions, reservations, make recommendations, arrange in house massages, tequila tasting, parties, entertainment, celebrations.
Omar is the house chef and he is fantastic . You can choose to have prepared for your group any 2 meals a day. If you'd like 3 meals you can pay a small amount extra. Snacks like Guacamole and chips, salsa are provided during the day if requested. Guests who planned some meals out decided to eat at the villa saying his food was so great that they decided to stay in.
Fernando maintains the gardens and pool and helps with serving.
Zoey and Griselda our our house maids and keep the villa and rooms in beautiful condition . They are also happy to do guests laundry.
During pool time a server is available to provide your favorite beverages and snacks.
The staff works Monday through Saturday and Sunday if guests arrive or leave on Sunday the chef can be available for dinner or breakfast. You can ask Angie if you would like to exchange another day for Sunday depending on when you arrive and depart.
The staff are included as part of your Villa experience. Tipping at the end of your stay is expected in Mexico. We can make suggestions regarding this. Staff shops for sell of the groceries, beverages desired by you for your stay. Angie will be present you with receipts to reimburse for the shopping plus a charge of 5% for the shopping. You can pay daily or at the end of your stay.
We encourage you to bring cash and also go to ATMs to obtain cash to pay for shopping, tipping, tours, massages, cabs, etc. if you use credit cards there are additional charges so cost wise for you cash is a better value. We have a safe in the house.

Villa de Los Leones... 'House of the Lions" Fantastic location. Property sits above and looks over Conchas Chinas Beach and Banderas Bay. The most beautiful beach in Vallarta. There are stretches of sand and then rocky outcropping...perfect for swimming, snorkeling, tide pools, seashell and sea glass hunting. The home was designed and built by Guilermo Wulff, Vallarta's most famous architect. Remodeled and expanded by John Langley the producer of "Cops". This Mexican Hacienda style villa is filled with charm and character and although very large, over 10,000 sq ft. + 5,000 sq ft of terraces, it is extremely intimate and private. It is beautifully decorated with Mexican antiques , artifacts and art. Every important room has a wonderful Banderas Bay, city and lights, beach, surf and tropical view. Bricks, beams, ironwork, cupolas, 7 fireplaces, shutters, beautiful tiles, landscaping, terraces and fountains enhance the property and add to the appeal. The extensive outside terraces off of all the rooms extend the living areas to the outdoors. The beautiful private grounds and setting finish the package. Large inviting oval pool is surrounded by brick terrace. Resort size 30' tall palapa area has its own kitchen and bar and provides lounging and entertaining space for 2 or up up to 50+. There is a pool table here to enjoy as well.
There are 2 significant master suites. The main one has a fantastic bedroom area that has fabulous views and is enhanced with its vaulted tiled ceiling with huge beams, beautiful fireplace and decor. It has an adjoining view sitting TV room, there is a large dressing room with closets and a fabulous bathroom with incredible views. Beautiful Mexican tiles surround the double sinks, separate tub and shower. Bricked ceiling with cupola.
The second largest master is over the family room and has spectacular views from the beautiful bedroom , bathroom and closet dressing area.
Downstairs on main level are 2 lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms. Upstairs adjoining main master are 2 more lovely bedrooms with bathrooms. These 4 bedrooms all have beautiful distinctive fireplaces, built in benches, high beam ceilings, beautiful hand made Mexican tiled bathrooms, walls of shutters that open to the terrace and gorgeous bay views in tropical setting. There are 2 more bedrooms with baths upstairs off the kitchen courtyard/fountain area. Also upstairs in the main house is a large office/sitting/game room.
One of everyone's favorite rooms is the family room/bar/TV room with 2 large pairs of shutters that open the space to spectacular views and sunsets.The great bar is perfect for making and serving all your favorite tropical beverages. Large TV to watch sports, movies. 1,000's of channels in all time zones. All the sports.
What is truly unique is the floor plan. At street level is the majority of living so each wonderful distinctive space opens to the next..if there are older adults in the group they will appreciate that all the main spaces... living, kitchen, dining, huge adjoining terraces, 2 bedrooms and garage are all on 1 level. Also you can look down to the pool area and see everything that is happening there. This open flowing floor plan makes this property exceptional for events such as weddings, renunions, corporate retreats and large and small family gatherings.
The exceptional staff of 4-5 including a chef will take phenomenal care of your every need and treat you to incredible meals and hospitality. The staff is at the property Monday through Saturdays. Sunday's and National Mexican Holidays is their day off. Guests can arrange for service on those days for an additional fee.
The chef is there to provide 2 meals/day to the guests if they so desire. ..you can choose from breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef prepares the meals and the staff serves you. During the day snacks like guacamole, chips, salsa, ceviche, can be served as appetizers along with drinks poolside. The chef prepares the meals, guests pay for the cost of the food and beverages. Menus are selected by the guests. Most food comes from Costco except for fresh fish, lobster and shrimp which comes from local fisherman.
Management offers concierge services and can arrange airport transportation, adventures and reservations.
The property is for the exclusive use of the guests of the property only. Any extra guests, parties, events will need owner approval and if acceptable could incur additional charges.
Please no bachelor, bachelorette parties, spring break groups, etc. smoking is not encouraged and only allowed on pool patio.
