My family of 5 had an amazing experience in this condo. This is a place that I can honestly say is better than the pictures. The condo is spacious, beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the view is absolutely spectacular! The building’s amenities are top notch. The staff on site are all incredible, especially at the restaurant. The food is fantastic and well priced as well. Easy access to so many beautiful beaches in either direction, but staying on site at the pools is also a great option. The gym on site is larger than expected with great machines. Our family would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with amazing balcony and view. Perfect for our group of 5 adults. 100 Peso cab or Uber ride to Zona Romantica or 15 walk. Tom was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at Tom’s beautiful condo in Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease—the space was welcoming, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tom was an exceptional host—attentive, thoughtful, and always available if we needed anything.The property itself was stunning. The pools, the beach, and the overall ambiance created such a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Whether you're lounging on the private balcony watching the sunset or enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, the views are truly unforgettable.The pool area is a dream — crystal clear water, comfortable loungers, and an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and luxurious. Good apartment, but not worth the price

We paid (a lot)/night to be here over NYE. Like Ritz Carlton rates. Granted it was the high season, but it's too much for what this place is. The host was great, met us at the door, showed us around, etc, which was not expected. The apartment itself is tired. There was open sewer smell in one of the back bedrooms that never went away (that was bad but we dealt since holiday weekend and not like it was going to get fixed then) A number of lights don't work, dead switches that control nothing. There were dust bunnies in corners, holes in outlets, odds and ends like ancient electronics, wires, etc, scattered from what must be ~2 decades of use. The restaurant on the first floor left a lot to be desired. They make good drinks though, and the host provided excellent coffee (don't drink the stuff downstairs). Neighborhood is great. Easy walking to Zona Romantica along the beach (just past gentlemen of the night and black clad dealers hiding in the shadows by the cliff. They are friendly and leave you alone if you decline politely), and the sound of Mantamar club bumping is blocked by the buildings in the way. I'd stay here again, just not for the price. Kind of was expecting Ritz Carlton grade for that much money. Sayan Beach building next door was a much better experience a few years ago (before covid) and charged less than 1/2 this price.

I checked in several times with them. They never told me there was any problems with anything have they asked me to look at a repair anything I would’ve there were very difficult on the apartment did not know how to use. The TVs did not ask for instructions that they were already given out to them , but try to use the wrong remotes on the wrong TVs. I’m sorry the thought the price was too high. It was actually lower than the normal causes was the first year rented this condo. We do other condos, Next Door The cost per night is high I don’t know how you can complain about something if you didn’t let me know your concerns about fixing things Or he could’ve asked for instructions how to use things All the appliances are new just put them in when we bought the place this fall
