Relax at this beautiful Historic Intracoastal Waterlily Cottage + Game Room

Waterlily Cottage is a charming sunny 3 bedroom Intracoastal home featuring much of the original cottage character coupled with updated conveniences like central air conditioning and heat in the cottage, dishwasher, washer and dryer, brand new bathroom, and more.

The open living and dining rooms have beautiful water views. The first floor bedroom has a King bed and a side view of the Intracoastal waterway. The second bedroom located on the second floor has a Queen bed and a dedicated work desk with outlets and usb ports for work/studying and overlooks the Intracoastal waterway. The third bedroom has two Twin beds (one is a trundle bed). The bathroom is located on the first floor. The cottage and the Game Room are equipped with WiFi and smart TVs for use with your personal streaming accounts.

The cottage is the perfect place to unwind and watch the yachts cruise up the Intracoastal, enjoy a game of pool, darts, or PacMan, Golden Tee and Fast and Furious arcade games in the Game Room, fish from the backyard shoreline, sit around the fire pit, stretch out on the couch and stream movies/watch one of the DVDs provided, or put your boat/kayaks/jet skis in the water from the public boat ramp located 1 mile away. Our vacation home is located in a quiet area, yet it's a quick walk to Coinjock Marina where you can see live music and enjoy a delicious meal.

Housekeeping available for stays longer than one week. This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on the property including inside the house/screened in porch, or Game Room and only preapproved pets with pet fee please.

Though the Game Room has a window air conditioner and an infrared electric heater it is not insulated and can be warm or cool depending on the season.
