Place is as advertised and perfect spot in the village. There are seem infrastructure issues in SnowShoe (very poor signal, wifi and we had no cable service in room) so be prepared for that given it's remote location

This property is exactly as advertised. It's right in the village and walking distance to the slopes and everything. The only complaint was the wifi strength was pretty bad and most apps couldn't even load. Other than that, it was excellent.

If you're expecting luxury, this might not be the place, but if you're expecting cozy, humble, antique, and most importantly, comfortable, this is your place. The small town connection between these inns is most magical and cozy, containing from the best coffee we've tasted, to a waffle and tea and apple cider cabin, to small, sweet-smelling shops with body care products and tasty treats, to a functional ski and snowboard rental, and so much more!

Located right in the village. Was worried it would be loud, but things quiet down nicely and the view from the balcony of the village is nice. Ski locker is convenient (but small). Unit is nice and decently stocked (could use some more pots and pans, since we like to cook). The garage is not for large vehicles, my full size truck was a foot too tall. Check down below is not as convenient when coming from the east, but we have done it a bunch. We extended our stay prior to coming and our keys were incorrectly programmed, so that made for some interesting time trying to get back into unit, but management responded quickly.

This was a nice little condo right in the downtown village of Snowshoe Mountain. The convenience was definitely worth the stay - close to skiing, as well as restaurants and shops. The Casago staff was really responsive leading up to the trip too.

Lack of communication was frustrating! Also there is remodeling going on so hallways were appalling! With that said! The room itself was lovely and clean! Location was perfect! Snowshoe village was literally at the back door and the view from the room onto the village was magical!
Amber and her group were wonderful guests! Communication was easy, and they treated the property with great care. The house was left in excellent condition, and they were respectful of check-in and check-out times. We’d be happy to welcome them back anytime!
