Master has a king size bed with walk in closet, private bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower.

Spacious living room, dining and kitchen, all open concept for better entertainment!

Nice outdoor set up, BBQ, hot tub and heated pool!!!

Linens and towels provided as well as beach towels.
Beach chairs also!

House is non smoking and pets are not allowed.

Many golf courses and beaches within 10-20 min!

Newly refurbished house with large pool in a nice and quite, but well connected, area

Nice and quite location, but within 15mins by car you are the beach, lots or restaurants or supermarkets. House is nicely equipped, comfortable new beds and a large pool!

Beautiful home!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Everything was new and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home close to beaches

House was great has pretty much all you'll need, clean open an spacious enough for family of 5! Lots to fun things to do around Port Charlotte. Pool and hot tub were great when we didn't go to the beach the owner was wonderful an responsive to any questions or concerns! Would recommend highly for a peaceful getaway!

Wonderful Stay in Port Charlotte!

This house was just perfect for our family of five looking to escape the cold winter. Everything was beautiful and clean when we arrived, and the owner was fantastic—when we had a small issue with the air conditioning they came right over to fix it. We spent an amazing month exploring the area, going to the beach (there are several great ones nearby to choose from), and cooling off and relaxing in the screened pool area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great experience, home and location!

This property is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean, updated and a great friendly neighborhood location. Easy to get to beaches within 20 minutes and had privacy to walk and enjoy the pool. We really liked the split with master suite on one side of home and 2 guest rooms and bath on the other so we all enjoyed the privacy of that. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Very nicely stocked home with all the essentials and a few fun surprises.. Great to have all you needed for the beach adventures as well. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Only down side was the pool was cold so could not use it till the end but water only got to 73 degrees. We Would definitely go back and hope to!!
