If your group has outgrown the ordinary, Bay Colony 775 was made for you. The only one-of-a-kind standalone condo in all of Bay Colony — no upstairs neighbors, no downstairs unit — just your group, your own private space, and Gull Lake right at your doorstep.

The Space
This is Bay Colony living at its best. The main level features a full kitchen, open living and dining area, a private master suite with king bed and en-suite bath, a second queen bedroom with its own en-suite, and an in-unit laundry closet. Head up to the loft and you'll find a third bedroom with two queen beds and a connected full bathroom — the perfect retreat for the kids or whoever draws the short straw. With three full bathrooms and five beds total, everyone has their own space to decompress after a full day on the lake.

It was a great property and met most of our needs. A couple of suggestions are: more than 2 dishwasher pods, have kitchen stocked better(i.e. limited number of pots and pan and serving bowls. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great! I would recommend this property to others.

Family Vacation

We have stayed at a lot of resorts/vacation properties. Overall this one would be at the top of the list. The rental, property grounds, grill area, fire pits, beach and dock were all very well cared for.

We had a great girls weekend. The location is great and the property was very clean and spacious for 8 women. It would also be a great property to bring multiple families and rent out multiple units. It was right on the water with kayaks, paddle boards, boats to rent. We had a great time

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at your place this last weekend and things couln't have gone smoother! We were able to focus on my birthday and not worry about anything. The check-in and check-out process was very clear and easy to find. Excellent choice for us. Thank you!

Hunting Widow Weekend

We had a very nice stay for our hunting widow weekend. The place was a great size for three women and six kids. We went over to a local hotel water park for the day and spent a relaxing evening in the main lounge area. The fireplace felt great! Enough kitchen supplies to make dinner and drinks. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and linens and ample bathroom space.

Great girls getaway

It was perfect for 6 ladies for a 3 night stay. It was nice that the two bedrooms had 2 queen beds in them so most had their own beds and the other was a king that slept 2, and the three bathrooms were great. We had fires out by the lake and many chairs out there for us. The grills were nice too. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen that had what we needed. Would love to come back. Would recommend an extra kitchen towel and dishcloth in kitchen. Only 1 set was there.

Great for our ladies retreat

Everything was very nice. It was exactly what we needed for our ladies retreat. The only reason I took one star off the rating is : there were a few things I thought that should have been provided like oven mits! And coffee filters. I was also a little surprised we had to strip the beds and take the trash to the dumpster. Other than those little things it was a great stay overall. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bookclub Getaway

The girls in my book club and myself had a wonderful stay! The cabin was nice and spacious and gave us plenty of space to spread out and read. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to easily cook and eat in the home. The location is conveniently right off the main road and was very easy to get to. Management. Was really accommodating and allowed us to do early check-in, which was super nice! My only constructive feedback was I could not find any spare blankets in any of the closets. Also noteworthy for guests that in the winter time there is a lot of snow on the lake, so weather can easily blow snow right up to the front door and make getting inside a little tricky. But they had people out shoveling and plowing multiple times during our stay.
