What a nice place to get away. With fabulous restaurants only minutes away and a walk to the beach with a pool and putt putt course this is the perfect family getaway.
Perfect short walk to the beach location!! Very clean and felt safe - we had a great time :) We also left beach chairs we bought in the front closet for any future guests to use 3 A few small things we had trouble with:1 - They wouldn't let us on the Sandestin tram even though in the email with info for check in, the VRBO listed the tram website for getting around. Made it harder to get to the village and bayside area with no car, but not a problem for anything beachside.2 - We were provided only 2 one ply toilet paper rolls for our whole trip (8 nights). When asked where to find more, they said we needed to buy some. I just wish we had known before that, so that we could have been prepared without having to figure out transportation.3 - When I messaged the host, it took a while to hear back. There wasn't anything urgent and there was a number for emergency maintenance, so I am SURE that would be resolved quickly if we'd had anything like that, but it was a while before we heard back about questions like the toilet paper and the tram access.Overall, we loved our time and Sandestin is great!
Our room was perfect for just me and my daughter. It was so cute. Very clean and had everything we needed just for the two of us. It was her first time ever going to flordia and she loved it. We will definitely be revisiting!!
Every morning there was a beautiful sunrise with a view of the Gulf from the balcony ! This condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for me ,not too hard and not too soft. The kitchenette had everything I needed for my stay as well . Parking was very close to the elevator which was nice.

Great time
We had a great time. There was a few cleaning issues but it was handled in a timely manner. Walking distance to all things. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back in future. Thank you
This property is very cute and quaint inside. It was clean. It had all the essentials. It is located in an older building, but is right in the heart of things. There were four adults and it was just perfect for our needs.
Wish we had more info regarding bringing own beach towels and chairs. Told they “might not be available” at beachside, but didn’t realize they were NOT free; rather expensive to rent.
Otherwise, room was clean and nicely located. Would like to have had a dresser but room actually set up quite nicely. Balcony almost too narrow to sit in a chair. Easy access. Great AC.

Clean but needs were not met
My husband, our 2 children, and I stayed here for 5 nights. The room was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. In the description of the room, it states that linens are provided. When we arrived, we found that there were 6 towels and wash clothes. I messaged them to see how to get extras. I was then told that there was a shortage of towels and wash clothes and I would have to PAY to wash them. Later that day, I looked for extra pillows (the ones on the beds were paper thin), I found 2 extra in the closets. I messaged again and asked for 2 more pillows. I was then asked to verify that there was a total of 6 pillows in the room. I told them there was but there were 4 of us in the room. I was then asked once again if there 6 pillows in the room. I did not respond because I was not going to argue with them over pillows. We paid a lot of money for this condo and then had to send a lot of money washing towels and wash clothes. I would not stay here again!
It’s just the two of us and our son, who is four. This room was perfect with out having to pay for all the unnescessary extras that you never use in the room anyways. We will stay again in the future!
This was a girls trip and the room could not have been any cuter!!! Our favorite part was the bunk beds! The area was beautiful! Having the tram available to us was helpful. The closet full of beach stuff was a fun surprise!
We absolutely loved it and would stay again in the future!

No need to set an alarm, fire alarm has you covered
The room overall was nice. There was hair everywhere (towels, bathroom sink, etc) but that’s better than other places I suppose. First night we got in super late after being stuck in traffic for hours. We were woken up by faint alarms coming from the stairwell. After checking with people evacuating that this was a real emergency, we packed up our bags and headed out as well. Found out it was an actual fire in someone’s condo from them burning their breakfast. Understandable. It happens. What concerned my husband and I was that had we not been directly by the stairwell, we wouldn’t have heard the alarms. At no time did the alarms go off in our room or the hallway. The sweet cleaning lady in the room across from us didn’t understand what was happening. So I translated for her it was an emergency and we helped her out as well. I contacted the property manager to tell them about my concerns (through a voicemail call back line) to which I received a message being delivered by a customer service member that the property manager felt “as long as we heard one of the alarms and got out okay, everything should be fine and he didn’t know what else to tell us” unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for anything. I was looking to notify this company that had that fire spread, serious injury could have occurred as no one was notified unless you were walking the halls and heard the alarms in the stairwell. Prior to our visit I had called the voicemail callback line and inquired about the pool there and if it was heated. I was told it wasn’t. This wasn’t true as the night before our check out we were told by other guests it is in fact heated. Finally at 6 am on check out day, the fire alarm once again went off in the stairwell for about 10 minutes. By the time we collected our pre-packed items (they make it very clear you MUST be gone by 10am if not earlier) and made it to the stairwell, the alarms had stopped with no notice and a lot of other disgruntled people. The location however is ideal as it’s close to lots of shopping areas, mini golf, arcades, etc. I don’t know how far the beach is because we never got an answer on how to get there from our condo and pretty much gave up after a day.
