Quiet! Nice view! Loved my daily walks thru the windy roads in the Forrest! This was our 2nd stay at this same cabin!

Very nice trip

The property was in a neighborhood but it felt like you were secluded in the trees. Very nice place, especially for the price. The place does have AC but it's one unit in the loft. It did struggle during the day to keep the place cool. Though we were there during a heat spell. Could use a couple fans and it would be fine. I would book again.

A very quiet and peaceful cabin tucked away in the pines of Ponderosa Park. Deer, wild turkey, javelina, squirrels and birds were our daily visitors at sunrise and sunset on the wrap-around deck. About a 10 minute drive to Safeway and another 5 minutes to the courthouse square/whiskey row. The inside was spacious for the two of us and the cabin has all the amenities you need for an extended stay (we were there for 2 weeks). The host, Jim, was very accessible and responded quickly to the few questions we had. The only negative is that the deck needs a little TLC, but nothing serious and there are a few pots and pans that have seen better days. However, there were more than enough newer ones that it wasn't an issue. We had a great stay.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property accessible with any vehicle. Well stocked, loved all the wood inside and out of the home. Spacious. Lots of wildlife fed the squirrels. Would recommend.

Relaxing cabin

We love everything about the treehouse cabin. We enjoyed being in the woods but also not far from the city. It’s so relaxing just listening to the birds singing and saw family of deer too. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to be back there again.

Cabin getaway

We needed a break from traffic, crowds and the bustle of the city. The cabin provided a nice, quiet location with a well appointed interior for my wife and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

Treehouse Treasure

This is our second stay in this location. Owner is responsive and property is as listed. Property is clean and warm, with the highlight being the surrounding woods and large outdoor deck. It truly feels like a "treehouse"!

Clean and cozy cabin

The cabin is extremely clean and very cozy. Great outdoor spaces with wildlife all around. It's an easy drive into Prescott to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and bars. Great location!

Cabin with a treetop view

Jim was super. He answered all of my questions. The cabin was very cozy. We took walks around the neighborhood. We saw a lot of wild animals. The squirrels were so entertaining and friendly. We fed them peanuts out of our hands. We grilled out on the deck while sitting by the firepit.

Awesome Place

This is truly like staying in a treehouse. Beautiful location, quiet, private, and lots of wildlife. Jim is an excellent and responsive host and we couldn't have had a smoother and more enjoyable stay.

Lovely Getaway

My husband and I have been working hard, we only usually rent a cabin on our anniversary in October. Since last year's VRBO was a bust, we decided to tempt fate again and try to relive our anniversary on my bday in June. We took our dog Leeloo who was a very good girl for the trip. She loved seeing the squirrels outside when my husband fed them. The location is gorgeous, it is quiet, and the amenities are impressive! The host is so great, and even let us stay a little past checkout so we could leave in a peaceful/relaxed manner (I don't know if this is common, but I truly appreciated that opportunity). My husband and I agree that this trumps our honeymoon cabin by a landslide and we will be looking to stay again in the future! 10/10 across the board. 👍😊

Wildlife experience and peaceful, relaxing

Great place to relax and observe nature, we seen numerous dears and Havelina and we were awakened with the sounds of birds in the morning. Jim's Beautiful Getaway

So thankful to have had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful cabin. The home was incredibly clean, the surroundings were beautiful, and the awesomeness of the cabin vastly exceeded my expectations. Very clean, cozy fresh! Great views, we were there for a soccer tournament kids loved it specially Friday that snowed, was able to see jabalina and deer, I would point out the bbq grill didn’t really work but that’s an easy fix,
