Wonderful house

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Scott was very helpful and prompt when we had questions. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for.The house is in great condition and very clean.

Fabulous Find!

We had a fabulous December in Scott and Danielle’s rental property! The home is comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. We spent lots of time relaxing in the lovely lanai and pool and also enjoyed the amenities at the Island Club. Naples Reserve is a welcoming, wonderful community!!!

Wonderful Family Holiday

Thank you Scott and Danielle for being amazing hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Naples Reserve. Your property had everything we needed and was the perfect size for the six of us. We enjoyed many of the activities including the tennis, tiki bar, main pool, gym and the dog park. We met many friendly neighbours and participated in some of the events. We hope to return for another visit.

Perfect for our family

This home is wonderful! Very clean and decorated tastefully. We spent every day in the pool. The community pool and amenities is also great and everyone is friendly. Loved the walking paths and so did our pup. The appliances are very nice. The grill at the house is tricky and we never could get it figured out, but we mostly ate out so it was fine. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home, wonderful community

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-equipped home. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everthing we needed to make meals, including a number of nice spices for cooking. Naples Reserve is extraordinary with friendly neighbors and loads of amenities. The community pool and fitness center were excellent and we enjoyed the walking trails and dog parks. We used our private pool and the outdoor grill regularly. Great location with easy proximity to downtown Naples, Marco Island, museums, the botanical gardens, and minutes from a grocery store. Scott was an excellent communicator and answered all of our questions quickly.

Beautiful house with a private pool

We had a lovely stay in Naples Reserve. The house is very clean, spacious, well decorated and beautifully maintained. It has everything you need. We stayed for a month and felt like home. Our kids took advantage of the private pool as well as the big community pool, which had some fun activities. The hosts were very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. The community itself is quite lovely. It offers paddle boats and kayaks for rent free of charge, which we did once. It has beautiful lakes, lots of playgrounds, a tennis court and a basketball court. In terms of location, Naples reserve is about 20 minutes from downtown Naples as well as 20 minutes from Marco Island. Both areas have beautiful beaches. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Florida Fun

Great location and property. We really enjoyed being close to both Marco Island and downtown Naples. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. Scott and Danielle were very quick in responding to questions and needs. The property was well equipped and worked well for our stay, and the community has lots of amenities and is very welcoming to guests.

Perfect summer vacation for our family

We stayed here for 6 weeks, and it was perfect! Scott and Danielle were fantastic hosts, from answering questions promptly during the booking process to providing absolutely everything we could need during our stay! We thank them for opening their beautiful home to us for an unforgettable vacation. The home was absolutely gorgeous and tastefully decorated, the location was perfect, just a short drive away to the gorgeous beaches of Marco Island and Naples. We loved the heated pool, the outdoor kitchen, the beautiful furnishings, the location...we could go on and on. We will definitely book this property again on a return visit! We really enjoyed our stay – thank you for sharing your lovely home!

An AMAZING vacation home!!!

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it!! The property itself is gorgeous and is in a brand-new, high-end gated community. The home has high ceilings, it’s bright, sunny and elegant. It is beautifully landscaped throughout the community and has tennis/pickle ball courts, a gorgeous fitness center, a beautiful resort pool with a tiki bar and grill (which had great food!) The house is not a throwaway vacation rental, it is a beautifully furnished home and is kept super clean and well-organized. The hosts had everything you could need - you aren’t running out to the store for basics and even the towels were nice and fluffy! The family room has a dvr and a smart tv (and a couple of the bedrooms do too, which is great when everyone just wants to watch their own shows at night) and the wifi speed allowed zero problems even when four people were streaming at the same time. We spent all of our time at our own pool - grilling out at the outdoor kitchen and having an outdoor fridge was great so the kids didn’t have to be running inside all the time. Scott and Danielle were perfect hosts and we were able to text them with any questions at any time and they responded immediately. They anticipated anything we might need and we are a high-maintenance bunch so that was noticed and appreciated. They even had provided beach chairs, towels and umbrellas - as well as bikes, and tennis rackets for us! They just truly wanted us to have a wonderful vacation. I can’t wait for us to come back to Naples and would definitely want to stay in this property again. We would HIGHLY recommend this home for your vacation - it is a really special place!!

Amazing Getaway!

This is a wonderful property! The home was super clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and offered so many activities we didn’t have to venture out on lazy days. The pool was amazing and we appreciated the little touches like beach chairs and bikes. Perfect location with the gorgeous beaches of Marco Island and Naples just a short drive away. The owners were wonderful hosts and had great communication and recommendations for outings in the area. We enjoyed our time – thank you for sharing your lovely home!
