Luxury Home - Jacuzzi, pool table, views of ski runs, next to National Forest

This secluded property is a 3,300 square foot detached home situated on a half acre bordering the national forest. Fabulous views of ski runs and national forest out the back door. Detached home – no noisy neighbors! Recently renovated with all new hot tub, carpet, gas range, fridge, and living room furniture. Two Master Bedrooms. Perfect for family gatherings.

Home office with printer and high speed internet (wifi or ethernet connections). 300+ mps broadband internet speed.

Fabulous views of Peak 6 out the back window and from the large deck. New hot tub on deck. Back deck with gas grill plus covered porch by front door. Four large bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. Two fireplaces (one gas, one woodburning with wood provided).

Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The main floor has the master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms; one with a queen log bed and single log bed and another with two sets of bunk beds. Bedrooms are fully furnished with dressers, desks. Newly renovated basement has queen bed and full bath. All bedrooms have TVs (either smart TVs or ROKU). Twin size air mattress and crib also available.

Living room has vaulted ceiling with gas fireplace, HDTV, Wii, and lots of games and movies available for your enjoyment. Basement rec room has large HTDV next to gas fireplace, pool table and tons of space.

Located just three miles from the base of Peak 7 and 8. Also 3 miles from free parking serviced by the shuttle to the Gondola or Peak 9.

Great vacation home!

The perfect home in a picturesque location!

Our large family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and this home was perfect! It is set in a quiet neighborhood in the mountain, with unbelievable views and easy access to Breck. The Mohlers were incredible hosts, easy to reach and quick to help/answer questions. We would love to stay here again!

Even better then expected!

The House was PERFECT! Only an 8 minute drive down to the gondola connect parking lots as well as the town. House had darts, ping pong, and pool and was absolutely perfect for our group. Everyone said that if we ever were able to buy a house in Colorado, it would be that exact house! We will be staying again in our next trip!

Great for the Family

The entire visit was a pleasure. The house was everything the description said. Hosts were more than accommodating, going out of their way to help with children's equipment. Hot tub was wonderful, as was the basement game room. The house was the most well equipped rentals I have ever had, fully equipped kitchens with a lot of extras you hate to go out and purchase, like spices, sugar, flour. Basic necessities.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic week in this cabin. We loved the view off the back deck, the hot tub, the game room, the well-stocked kitchen, the beautiful cabin, the proximity to Breckenridge Main Street while still being away from the bustle. It was really a perfect situation. We even had a huge moose walk right in front of our car as we were pulling out for a drive. We stayed in late July, and the weather was a great break from the heat back home in Kansas City. We hiked most days, including the Quandary Peak 14er, rock climbed, sought out ghost towns, shopped, and kayaked on Lake Dillon.

AMAZING

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The house itself was incredibly spacious and well appointed. There was ample space which is great for larger groups. The surrounding views were truly amazing. Super quick drive to the mountain and many others were just a short drive away. The owners really go above and beyond to ensure every need was met, from providing helpful recommendations to stocking the house with all the amenities we could have wanted. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of and it made all the difference. Can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect family vacay!

This was 100% the best place to stay. From the beginning, Rita and chris were extremely easy to get in touch with. They answered all of my questions promptly. Check in was a breeze. Location was in a beautiful neighborhood and the hot tub had a view of peak six at Breckenridge. This was a hit with everyone. It was difficult to find somewhere that had both hot tub amenities as well as other entertainment for guests, and this place had it all! They had a pool table that converted to a ping-pong table, and a closet full of board games. Plenty of room and two living spaces, both with fireplaces. Location was perfect. So close to slopes even multiple trips to drop off and pick up skiers was no problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home for Breckenridge Activities

I knew the home was sizeable by the description, but it felt that much larger in person. The drive from the home to Breck Gondola and back is seamless and pleasant - you aren't fighting the downtown traffic and we seldom saw more than a couple cars once we started the accent. The cabin had everything we needed, was well laid out, and the Hot Tub was a pleasant Apres Ski event. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and we never ran out of hot water. The garage and driveway were excellent for getting ski gear loaded/unloaded. It was snowing hard when we left and we all looked at each other and wished we could have stayed another week. Chris and Rita were excellent Hosts too. My daughter forgot her camera upstairs and Chris retrieved it and mailed it off via UPS promptly. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips as it was just heaven for our groups Ski Vacation. Thanks Chris and Rita - you were wonderful!

Awesome house for 10 people overlooking Peak 6

We stayed here as a group of 10 with plenty of space. Everything was as described in the original listing, if not better! This house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the gondola parking lot at Breckenridge, and all other happenings on main st in town. Newer heating and hot water mechanicals meant it was very comfortable and even with 10 people, we ran out of hot water. The wood burning fireplace in the first floor living room has been replaced with a gas insert and make it even more convenient to not have to keep up with a wood burner. It was very nice to be on the edge of the residential area overlooking the mountain as there were no neighbors behind leaving great views of peak 6. Very quiet street with only a couple houses on it. Chris and Rita were very responsive with any questions or issues and I would happily rent from them again should we come back to this wonderful town.

What a wonderful Home! We were even able to see three small moose playing in the yard. The hot tub was refreshing after a hard day of skiing. They even provided snow shoes to explore the surrounding woods. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Our second visit--such a great home.

After visiting Chris and Rita's home for Thanksgiving in 2020, we immediately booked again for Thanksgiving 2021 and just as much fun the second year. The home has so much space and endless amenities. We love the location on the edge of the Arapahoe Natl Forest because it feels like a real cabin getaway, but with the convenience of being near to downtown. Will visit again and again. Why they chose this property

Although we rent the home when we are not planning to use it, this is decidedly not a rental property. Its our home away from home, so the look and feel is much more welcoming than a high volume condo. We live in Denver and visit as often as we can, but when we are not there we hope you will enjoy all the amenities that Breckenridge and this home have to offer.

In 2013 we decided to add 1,000 square feet by refinishing the basement. Finished to a very high standard, this fully permitted living room, bedroom and bath includes a gas fireplace, pool table, dartboard and heated tile floor full bath.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite features are the ample space, view, the hot tub, and convenient location. The beauty of this home is that it is close to everything, but you feel like you are getting away from it all!
