If you’re looking for a home away from home, this 2,000 square foot, spacious 3 bedrooms with 3 ½ baths is the place for you. This townhome has 2 master suites and 2 living areas. Our current promotion is one night free is you stay 7 nights (lowest rate free).

The townhouse is located in the White Wolf Lodge right next to the Nordic Ski Center and is about a 1/2 mile from the base of Peak 8. It offers ski in and ski out accessibility for cross country skiing enthusiasts and there is also the Free Ride Shuttle stop about 100 yards from the house.

The first floor living room is ideal for relaxing late into the evening or early morning when others are sleeping. Enjoy our 50” flat screen TV with cable, DVD player and access to Netflix movies and shows. We also have a large variety of games for kids and adults of all ages. The sofa turns into a queen bed sofa.

The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living room. The newly updated kitchen features granite counter tops and a full kitchen for your cooking needs. The kitchen bar seats 4 guests and the dining room table seats 6.

Enjoy soaking in the private hot tub on the balcony. The balcony connects to the first floor living room with a patio table and hot tub that can fit up to 8 adults.

This house comes with 2 master bedrooms. Both rooms have a queen bed, private gas fire place, and large closet. The en suite master bathrooms offer 2 sinks, bath tub, and separate shower.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the downstairs living room.

The downstairs living room provides a perfect space for the kids to sleep, play or watch their own TV. The large sectional has a pull out queen bed sofa.

The amenities in this townhouse include: Free Wi-Fi, free Netflix access, cable, board games, hot tub, balcony, car garage, 3 fire places, large flat screen TV’s, private washer and dryer.

About Bryant Chapman

We're Bryant and Marcie Chapman and we live in Houston, TX. Our family has been blessed and fortunate enough to ski in numerous places across the US, Canada and Europe over the past 30 years. Our favorite location is Breckenridge and so it made sense for us to look here when we decided to purchase a ski home. We purchased our home in June, 2014 and are using the summer to both enjoy the beautiful summer time Breckenridge weather and get it ready to rent starting in September. Our goal is to provide a top notch accommodation and to make your vacation as memorable as ours have been over the years. We want you to enjoy the house as much as we plan to and in return we ask that you help us keep it in good shape. My wife and I plan to manage the property, so if anything goes wrong, you will be talking to either Marcie, myself or my daughter Christie, rather than a management company. We have met with and arranged a list of various contractors and service providers, that if should anything break during your stay, we will get someone out as soon as possible to get it resolved. Our desire is to build a list of repeat customers that we can come to know and trust, and hopefully make some new friendships along the way.

This place was perfect for a family vacation. Great space to enjoy being together.

The location was great. One stop away from the base of 8 on the bus stop. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I had ever seen: staples and equipment. And the owners did a great job with welcoming kit and information. We will be back!!!!

Great Home, Close to the Slopes

We truly enjoyed our stay at this White Wolf Peak 8 Town home! The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Our group consisted of three couples. They guys were there to ski and the ladies to relax. We found the house to be very comfortable and warm on a very cold weekend in Breckenridge. The 3 fireplaces worked well to take any chill out....the hardest part was deciding who got the master bedrooms with fireplaces and baths and who got the smaller bedroom with unattached bath and no fireplace. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed for cooking and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The bonus was having a private hot tub right off the living room on the deck. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for a cold winter day. The only downside was it seemed only one set of jets worked but we just played musical chairs and took turns enjoying the jets. Yes the home shows wear, especially the carpet from many guests coming and going but DO NOT let any negative reviews keep you from booking. The house is VERY clean, has nice furnishings, cable TV, netflix, and WiFi . The owners or rental company were very easy to deal with and all went very smooth from start to finish.

Location: The home is under a 2 minute drive to peak 8 where there is 15 minute parking to drop of skiers which was very nice as we just ran the guys up to the mountain most days. There is also a short walk to the free shuttle bus which runs every 15 min. or less. So a major plus is ease of access to the mountain. It is also within walking distance to the Nordic center for cross country skiing and is an easy drive or bus ride to downtown Breckenridge.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to stay here again when in Breckenridge.

Amazing home!

Beautiful, spacious, and cozy. Convenient location was great for skiing and the Nordic center. We had an amazing stay in Breckenridge and this home was a big reason why!

Perfect home and incredible location!

We travelled to Breck with 6 people total and stayed a full week at the property. It was perfectly located just outside town and right on the bus route to both Peak 7 & 8. This was ideal access for our group and we had a great time. The house itself is very nice and provided plenty of room for everyone. The porch faces a grassy (or snowy) area that provides tons of privacy so you don't really notice any of the other houses near you. I would love to come back to Breck next season and hope to stay here again. Thanks!

Our family loved our stay here!

We loved staying in this home! Nice, quiet neighborhood, steps away from the Nordic Center, where the little ones could sled! The home was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans and staples like salt, pepper and spices. Everything was perfect! Very clean and well maintained! Christie was especially helpful when we were having issues with the internet. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay up towards Peak 8/Ski Hill Road. We can't make a trip to Breck without visiting Fatty's Pizza and Moe's BBQ at least once! Kenosha steakhouse is also good and don't leave town without having at least one breakfast at the Daylight Donuts next to Subway! We have been coming to Breck at least twice a year for the past 8 years and we hope to stay in this home again! Thank you Chapmans!

Great place to rent for extended stay

We rented this property for almost 6 weeks during most of July and part of August. The house has a great location, next to Nordic Center which is a pick up point for the free bus. In addition to the bus it is a great location for hiking since you are very close to Cucumber Gulch where we saw moose, deer, fox and birds. If you like to cook the house is very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and baking pans. The 2 master suite bedrooms are very nice and cozy and the 3rd bedroom is good too but you have to share the bathroom. We had continuous family and friends visiting every week and all had a great time.
