Amazing Loctaion! One Block from the Beach!

One block from the beach! Beach entrance can be seen from front yard. Newly renovated home that has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths plus an outside shower and central air. Home is great for family fun and entertaining - fenced-in yard, paver patio with grill. Comfortably sleeps 10 people. This home has a great location with off-street parking. We will consider your request for a pet to join in on the vacation fun and request an additional pet fee and more information on your fur-family member. Just walk to the beach and relax! Walk to cafe and butcher. We discount our rates in the off-season (Fall, Winter, Early Spring). Sorry but we DO NOT rent to prom groups, graduation groups or parties under 25 years of age. We do not include beach badges. Message me for off season rental rates.

Lovely Home

Normandy Beach Gem

My family had a wonderful two week stay. The house was perfectly located and provided all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Groceries, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. Rarely had to get in the car! Loved it!

Best house yet!

This home ranks as one of the best homes we have stayed at. We stayed during Christmas & Theresa made sure we felt at home by putting out some holiday decorations for us. It was very appreciated. You can tell they take pride in the home by keeping it updated & in great shape. You will be very happy choosing this home.

Reunion

We have rented this home before, and once again it was perfect for all of us. The family ranged from 85 years to 23 years of age and all were accommodated. The house came with beach towels and chairs which was very much needed as we traveled in from all over the east coast. Outdoor grill and shower worked well!!

Great spot

House was very nice, clean and excellent location. Close to beach, great grocery shop, breakfast and dinner restaraunts nearby. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, great house

The whole family had a wonderful week in this house. Location was great to walk to the market and nearby restaurants for a bite or supplies. Being one block away from the beach and a short drive to Lavallete and Point Pleasant was excellent. We were very comfortable inside the house as well, cooking for many meals.

Great House! Great Location!

We had a wonderful week in Normandy Beach. This house has everything you will need for your stay. Owners are very nice friendly people who we were lucky enough to meet when we arrived early. Would definitely go back again!
