The rental was just as described. It was clean plenty of space and a nice layout for a beach house. Plenty of places to hang out on the deck and a rooftop a few short steps to the beach and Pickleball. I would recommend it any anyone.

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect! The decor was beautiful and spotless! All updated appliances were very much appreciated! We were a family of 12 and couldn’t be more satisfied with just steps away from the beach!! We will definitely be returning. Thanks Joe your house is awesome.Monet

The best beach house and vacation spot in the area! This was our second time back at the house, and it was just as beautiful and welcoming as before. The communication from the host, Joe, was exceptional, and it was clear that he wanted us to have a great experience. We definitely plan to return to this house in the future!

This house is perfect for a fun getaway! The host provided us with anything and everything we could think of and the location of the house is perfect! The house is extremely clean and well furnished! We enjoyed the beach even in the rain ,and went down to the seaside boardwalk!

Great place near the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. It was only a couple minute walk to the beach, the house is very clean and is as pictured. We had a great time grilling, and appreciated the 6 beach passes that were available. The decks were a great place to hang out on. We would definitely stay here again.
