This home features spacious living areas, a private pool with hot tub, two massive decks with ocean views, an outdoor shower, spacious back yard, third floor master suite, a dumbwaiter to the second floor kitchen and plenty of sleeping areas. The home is dog friendly and perfect for any family.

Excellent house, location, and host

The house was exactly what we were looking for - spacious, clean, and an excellent location. Our host Vincent was very accommodating to our needs and communicative. Overall, renting with Vincent was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone, and I will certainly be keeping this house in mind for future rentals.

Great communicative host! Vince t was available immediately to answer any questions. Great house and just short walk to beach. Lovely views of beach from 2nd and 3rd floors! Can’t say enough good about this property and its host!

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation as a family. The location is perfect for beach and you get the luxury of coming back to the pool and hot tub. There are restaurants, groceries, and everything else needed near by. Plenty of room for large family vacations and enough bedrooms for our size party. The property owner is great with communicating and answered any question we had prior to arrival. If needed he was always available. The house needs some updating and cleaning. Two spiral staircases were very hard to climb with luggage or with children. Dumb waiter is available for smaller items. The grill was very dirty and falling apart which made it difficult to cook on. All kitchen utensils and pans were there but not in decent condition. Overall we had an absolutely great stay and made memories that will last a lifetime.
