This is an end Condo with the lanai overlooking a shimmering lake with abundant wildlife. Our condo is located in the Woods Edge gated community surrounded by a preserve and lakes. This quiet paradise has everything you need for a fabulous vacation.

The condo is surprisingly spacious, bright and airy on the inside. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. You will not want to leave.

John was fabulous to work with. The condo was well stocked and centrally located to the beaches and golfing. The only issue was the comfort of the twin bed. The mattress was too soft/lumpy for my very old spine.

Nice 1st floor condo in great location with beautiful views of the pond from lanai. The term "beachy" gets used a lot but in this case it really deserves it. Nothing is overdone and it is decorated very tastefully. Small complex and the reserved parking space is right out the front door - so convenient! Nice pool. Many times we were the only people using it. Close to beaches and many great restaurants. The host John is exceptional. You will not be disappointed.

Bonita springs vacation

Great location, great view of lake, relaxing location, very clean and near all the things we wanted to do. Beaches are close as well as all sorts of restaurants. Or you could just sit out at the pool. Owners were very responsive and provided a bunch of recommendations of things to do. Accomodations were excellent and instructions for check in and out were easy to follow. We loved this place and want to come back.

Beyond Perfect

We could not have asked for anything else. The condo was immaculate, quiet and beautifully decorated. We were so comfortable for our 2 week stay. Away from traffic and close to beautiful beaches. Can’t wait to return

We’ve stayed at the Preserve many times and as always, it is as a great stay. Your condo was clean and the kitchen stocked with many helpful things. Everything was very comfortable. The one thing that was issue was the TV during the March Madness as it froze every few minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet vacation

If you want peace and quiet this condo is perfect John is very easy to communicate with and condo was very easy to access .It was the perfect size for my wife and myself and it had everything you needed from beach chairs and umbrellas to paper products to salt pepper soap you name it it had it .The condo itself was spotless and is very nicely decorated every morning sat out on lanoi with coffee and watched the ducks and birds and lots of bunnies the pool was nice and warm and not many people Do yourself a favour and rent this condo just not in April when I hope to be back. Thanks John🇨🇦🇨🇦

Home away from home

Very clean,Beautiful ,cozy, spacious and had everything we needed plus more.All we needed to do was grocery shop and our clothes thats it.There was everything that you need for the beach there to.It was me,husband and my 5 boys but my baby is 2 months i brought his fold up travel bed with us.Beds are very comfy.I give this condo 5 stars all the way if i could give more i would.My favorite as a mom of 5 boys the back porch screened in and the pond night was so relaxing.That is where i stayed after kids settled down and went to bed the best place in the condo.Its is so quite there at all times just so relaxing.Me and my family loved staying in the condo for a week we will be back for sure.

Bonita Springs – Great Location!

Bonita Springs – Great Location! My wife, and two sons spent our Christmas vacation here to be close to family over the holiday and we were very pleased with the Property. Probably one of our smoothest rentals as John was extremely communicative throughout the process. The property had everything we needed. Sometime when you rent there is barely any supplies, with only salt and pepper in the cupboard – not here. The kitchen was very well appointed and John encourage us to use anything that was in the condo. It is a gated community, which we appreciated, and the lanai was a great place to spend the morning, drink coffee, and watch the wildlife. The condo is just off of 41, right by Mel’s diner, a great place for breakfast. Shopping and the beach are just minutes away and there were great beach chairs and coolers to use. The condo was very quiet, and had all of the amenities one needs when vacationing, cable T.V., Smart T.V., and Wi-Fi. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything one needs to cook. We would absolutely rent the property again. Thanks again John for everything.

Perfect place for us

The condo was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We spent a lot of time on the peaceful lanai and the location was perfect with numerous restaurants nearby. The host/owner communication was terrific and our stay couldn't have been better. Will most certainly stay again!

Great location!

Well kept, clean. Not super fancy, but well stocked and had plenty of linens. It's a great location, convenient to beaches and Naples. Owners were helpful and had detailed information on the condo. They checked in with us and I'm sure would have provided help if we had needed it. The master bath is somewhat dated, and shower is small, but everything worked and was clean.

Gem in Bonita Springs

Lovely, larger than expected and serene...Just off the beaten path and more than fully equipped with anything you may need. Beautiful lanai(?) patio overlooking a quiet pond....very quiet and peaceful.... Our first VRBO booking and it worked beautifully for us.... would go back without question. A little difficult to find in the darkness of later arrival...the street signs and business signs are all shorter than we are used to....and late in the evening a little confusing! But once we figured it out, no more confusion! The property owner was very accommodating when we attempted to get the details of the process of renting a VRBO.. We would highly recommend this location and the easy access to finding what we were looking for.
