Most Family-Friendly House by 30A with Heated Pool, Free Bikes, Walkable Dining

Welcome to the Sunny Days! This updated house with a seasonally-heated community pool is right across Hwy 98 (now accessible by pedestrian underpass tunnel) from the start of 30A, 0.5 miles to Rosemary, 0.7 mi to the public beach, 0.1 mi to shops/dining at 30Avenue. You'll be so close to the best of 30A without the traffic & noise.

As parents of three young kids, we know what a hassle it is to travel with all of the gear! That's why we provide everything you'll need to ease your travel plans (bikes, pack n' play, stroller, highchair, etc - see details below.)

At nearly 1,800 square feet this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has plenty of space for your family to spread out, sleep up to 8 people, and enjoy that vacation life. We have a large dining area that can sit 8 plus additional bar seating so your group can all eat together comfortably. The house is situated just around the corner from a wonderful, seasonally heated community pool. (See more details about heated pool below.)

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- The beauty of the location here is that you're just a short walk or bike ride away from Rosemary Beach town square and all of 30A, but you don't have to battle traffic and all of the noise associated with it.
- When on foot or bike, you can now cross Hwy 98 in an safe, underground, pedestrian-only underpass tunnel (no cars to deal with)
- There is a open, public beach access (with no steps, just a ramp) across Hwy 98 at S. Orange St with free parking & bathrooms about 1 mile away if you'd prefer to drive. If you prefer to bike or walk, the nearest fully public beach access is located off Wall St. about 0.6 miles away with plenty of bike parking.
-The 30Avenue shopping center is literally located behind our house (about a 2 minute walk). You'll find high-end shopping there, 5+ delicious restaurants, ice cream shop, arcade and more!
-A new Publix grocery store is just a two minute drive away in Watersound Orgins with many new restaurants and amenities going in there as well.

ROOM SETUP:
- Master bedroom: King bed, (2) pack & play cribs in air conditioned walk-in closet, with ensuite bathroom.
- Queen room: Queen bed with attached jack & jill bathroom.
- Bunk Room: Queen bed, lofted twin, extra floor twin with attached jack & jill bathroom.

AMENTITY HIGHLIGHTS:
- 2 cruiser bikes with 1 kid bike trailer and 1 cargo trailer.
- The garage is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, buckets, shovels, etc.
- Each bedroom has a memory foam mattresses, blackout curtains, white noise machines, and ceiling fans for optimal sleeping conditions.
- The house is wired with fiber internet and we have whole-home wifi so every room gets fast, solid wifi. There is also a desk in the queen room if you need to work remotely.
- Starter quantities of cleaning/toiletry items are provided: dish soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper trash bags, hand soap, bars of soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
- The kitchen is well-appointed including a convection toaster oven/air fryer combo, a 12 cup coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.

- Each bedroom has a Smart TV with an included complimentary subscription to Prime Video and streaming access to live network and cable channels via YouTube TV. You can also easily login to your own personal streaming accounts.
- The living room TV downstairs is a 65" TV with 5.1 surround sound; perfect for a movie night.
- The bunk room features a 100" pull-down projector screen and projector.
- You can even enjoy streaming your favorite show from the master bathtub!
- You'll also find board games, toys, and books for the whole family to explore.
- We have a fenced in backyard area with yard games, and an enclosed area for your family to run around!

COMMUNITY POOL HEATING SCHEDULE:
- Our neighborhood has recently installed a new pool heater for the beautiful, large community pool!

- The neighborhood association has planned to heat the pool during these dates:
*March 2 to April 30, 2026
*October 2 to November 2, 2026
*November 23 to November 30, 2026
*December 21 to January 5, 2027

- The heating schedule is subject to change due to weather variability and we are unable to guarantee specific temperatures or availability as it is managed by the neighborhood association.

THE TEAM:
- We own the house and manage all booking details leading up to your arrival. From there we work closely to create a seamless guest experience with our accessible, local on-the-ground team.

SECURITY:
- Please note there is a Ring doorbell camera in the front of the house that does not record audio and is only used to verify guests successfully check-in.

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 10am.

Minimum age of 25 required for the primary booking contact. A rental agreement will be required to be e-signed with your booking.

****Note: During peak Summer season (June-July), a 7 day minimum is typically required and check-in's are on Saturdays so make sure to start your in-season booking request on a Saturday in order to see full availability.****

Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Typically your best bet will be flying Southwest airlines into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport which is a 30 minute drive to the house. Southwest will also fly in to VPS (Destin airport) which is a little over a 1 hour drive.
