Great Place!

We were thrilled to be here again! This is the 2nd time for us. The place was clean, comfortable & close to everything. Publix & Target.We enjoyed the pool area, & the lanai. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything if we needed. Neighborhood was very nice. Couldnt ask for a better place. Thank you very much Don, Lisa & Chris

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property! There were 5 of us (grandparents, parents, teenager) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout was a little choppy, but it was nice that there were a few separate spaces to spread out. We loved the heated pool and the lanai! The location was terrific - right by Santa Barbara and Veterans Highway. The bathrooms were small, and the towels on 2 of the bathrooms were a little thin, but these were minor details. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful home

Great house

Perfectly maintained house. Super clean. Had all the necessities like toilet paper and soaps. We used the bikes and kayaks. It is in close proximity to a busy road but it does not detract from the stay. Way better than expected from one of the less expensive choices

This property was fantastic!! The house itself was very well maintained and beautifully decorated with very relaxing colors and decor. It had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and feel at home. The pool and Lanai area was great as well and was my favorite spot. Then you step outside to enjoy a great view of the canal with a sitting area right at the waters edge. Great way to start the day and enjoy your morning coffee. The location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and plenty of things to do. This is definitely a destination we will return to.

Beautiful home and thoughtfully stocked

We loved the house, decorated very tastefully, clean, stocked, pool was awesome. Outdoor living space was perfect. It is close enough to anything you may need. Beds were comfortable with plenty of room. I just wish for that whole subdivision you couldn't hear all the traffic noise but that is no fault of this house. Being on the water is so calming. We even saw a sea otter swim by in the canal. We totally recommend this house. ❤️

Great place with nice pool and view

The house met all our needs and then some. More than enough room for 4 adults, could easily accommodate 6. Well stocked large kitchen with all the basics. Several rooms with couches including out by the pool to sit and relax. Didn’t watch much TV but there wouldn’t be any arguments about who gets THE TV since there are several including on the pool deck. Great heated pool. It was nice to have the view of a canal and to sit in the chairs on the small concrete dock. House in quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. Would recommend as a stay for anyone visiting the area.

Great Everything Vacation Home

When we book homes for vacations we look at reviews as they help paint a more complete picture. So here is ours! Let’s start by saying it’s a fantastic spacious home with a pool on a canal with a luxurious vibe. It was immaculate. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable. The house was open floor plan with bedrooms at either ends. Two of the three bedrooms had sliders that lead onto the lanai pool area. The bathrooms were updated with good water pressure, showers were nice. The kitchen was newly remodeled and has a huge island with upholstered barstools. It has a superate coffee station with a wine fridge but the wine fridge appeared to be locked for owners use only. The kitchen was well outfitted with cookware, dinnerware and glassware that was coordinated and not a bunch of mismatched separates. The fridge and kitchen were spotless. Out on the Lanai there was a teak dining table, which we used daily. There is no indoor dining table. There are two sitting areas with tvs and tvs in every room except bathrooms. Even the outdoor lanai had a large tv. The pool was heated to the perfect temp! The house temp is controlled and was perfect for day time and for sleeping at night. Lots of towels including swim towels were available as well as a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer. This house felt so luxurious, we couldn’t have been more pleased. A pair of bicycles and kayaks are available as are lots of other outdoor toys for kids and adults. Highly recommended.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space - the covered lanai and pool. The pool temperature was comfortable, which has been a challenge at other places we have stayed. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful stay!

This home is beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It is heated and we spent quite a bit of time in it. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are comfortable. Great location! Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely return to stay with our family.

Lovely property

This house is wonderful! We stayed here in 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we rented it in 2023. Well appointed home, very spacious and comfortable. Love that previous renters leave staples behind. The pool and outdoor area is the cherry on top. The only thing we didn’t like is having to leave. 😄

On vacation

Property has recently been updated. Clean & kitchen well stocked with almost any appliance you might need. Pool was nice & cozy warm even thou temps were cool outside. Only negative comment I have is host stated that we must wash & fold all towels used during our stay…..excuse me! I paid a cleaning fee that should have covered that.
