I don’t give five-star or perfect reviews lightly, but to merely say that there is nothing wrong with this property just doesn’t do it justice. Everything is done right with this property, and every convenience that a traveler or renter would need has been thought of. Every time I thought it would be nice to have something, I looked around a bit, and it was there: from the tissue box in every bedroom to the ingredients for meal preparation to the multiple outlets on the lamp bases, this property caters to every need. On top of all that, the host could not possibly have been more accommodating and understanding. Truly a fantastic place to stay.

Delightful house in a great location

The house is incredibly comfortable to stay in and feels luxurious. All living areas - lounge and dining areas, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are superb. Excellent location for visiting national parks. Great communication with the owner. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Kanab Getaway

Perfect location! The owner has a binder full of all the attractions, hiking, OHV trails, and so much more. She was very quick to give restaurant recommendations. I would recommend this condo.

Safe, quiet, convenient location

The condo had everything that you could need. (shampoo, bodywash, towels, hair dryer, extra bedding, trashcans in every bed room. Board games and cutlery and kitchen items.) Stove and grill worked well. Everything was CLEAN and tidy!! To find the condo which is in a complex: follow the instructions from the host or get the directions from VRBO (not google maps). It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Host was very communicative and prompt. The location is very safe and quiet and located near the town and markets. We could stargaze from our bedroom balcony. It was a peaceful stay and I would highly recommend and we would stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Everything about this place was perfect for our trip to Kanab, Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The host thought of everything. If I come back to Kanab, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

Wunderbares Haus in Kanab!

Wir haben unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus genossen! Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zentrale Lage zu Zion, Bryce und Coral Sand Dunes! Der Gemeinschaftspool war eine schöne Erfrischung! Die Kommunikation mit Miranda war zu jeder Zeit bestens! Vielen Dank für das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus!

Trip to national parks

Very clean, centrally located spot to visit nirth grand canyon, zion and bryce. Well stocked kitchen, clean, organized. Pool for everyone's use. Walking distance to kanab ealking trails.

Great Home Base

We had an amazing stay at the Red Rock Condo in Kanab for a family spring break. The Condo wasn't any thing fancy but had everything you could need. It was a great home base for all the local attractions Kanab has to offer. Highlights, the condo had a bbq, fireplace, and hot tub/pool for the kiddo. Would recommend for a low key vacation with the fam.

Loved the location. Right next to mountain trails. Close to the city park. Hot tub was nice. Kitchen items weren’t great but we managed. Overall loved it!

Family Holiday Stay

This was a perfect place for our large family group of six adults to stay. Plenty of room to sit comfortably together at meals and on couches. Very well equipped kitchen in which we could prepare meals. Great town with groceries and amenities. Close to Bryce and Zion, plus other hikes.

Center of it all

You won’t find a better location and this condo is big , very clean , comfortable beds and pillows it’s in center of it all . We visited several national parks , hiked many trails , ate at several local restaurants all amazing . The host has the best binder full of information of any place we have ever stayed and we used it a bunch . Highly recommend we will be back for sure . Also when we arrived there were cookies such a nice surprise :)

Great place to stay when visiting Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon North Rim

It was all positive for us. Hikes not too far from the Condo. Easy drive to Bryce, Zion and Grand Canyon North Rim. Well equipped condo. The pool was nice. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Perfect location, cleanliness, and amenities.

As a group of friends, we used this as a base for visiting several parks. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with pots, bowls, cutlery, etc. Washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, parking space….there was nothing lacking. A fantastic stay if you’re in Kanab!

Nice central location

Our family enjoyed this well equipped condo. The location (Kanab) is centrally located to many attractions in the area, as long as you mind driving. Highly recommend for a family!
