Cozy get away

The space was very nice and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view of the lake was beautiful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Quick weekend getaway

My husband and I just needed to get away. This was a great spot. Condo is convenient to the Conroe and Houston area. The Wave restaurant right next door has amazing food and priced really well. Excellent view of the sunset over the water. Would stay again!!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo located on Lake Conroe where we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening. The condo was clean and comfortable and included many essentials that made us feel at home. The owner was always quick to respond to our questions and was very kind. I chose this location to relax and enjoy the amazing view. It was as advertised. The only down side was the condo was on the third floor and the elevator was out.

Very nicely furnished and very courteous accommodating owner!

We enjoyed our stay. Ramzi was very quick to respond. This is a very nice, clean well appointed unit. Note to boat owners - you need to make prior arrangements with marina for a slip or trailer overnight. Understand association to soon make repairs to slips near condo. We also ate at Wave restaurant next door. Food was great and exceptional service. Thank you, Ramzi!

The place is beautiful, looks right out over the water and had a decent amount of space for 3 adults on a quick one night trip. The host is friendly and very communicative. Reached out immediately after we made the reservation to be upfront about an issue the property's maintenance was having with the elevator (which was a key reason wed book the listing!) And promptly offered a full refund if it was going to be an issue for my older parents to climb the 3 flights of stairs. The ONLY reason for the low review, is the cleanliness of the overall condo. It is obviously a bit older building, which is hard to maintenance, but its looking run down (broken pieces of steps in the stair well, chipped paint etc). -Something one owner of one condo obviously has minimal control over.- However there were various pests all over, the stair well, in the hall, on the balcony and im sorry to say in the unit.

I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony although it’s right on the lake, so I think that that’s to be expected. What wasn’t expected were the cockroaches in the kitchen, on the countertops, and also we found one on the day we were leaving in my sons’ bed. Upon arriving, we indeed saw several cockroaches so we knew we had to keep the unit clean and made sure to do that. To no avail though. We saw at least 10 cockroaches. The one in my sons’ bed the day we were leaving just tipped it over the edge. While the unit itself is decorated nicely with many amenities, it could use a good deep cleaning. Additionally, the entire property is pretty run down and dirty. We only took the elevator once because it smelled so bad. The stairs might have been even worse though. They were so dirty and had trash on every landing. The view was amazing though. It’s definitely got that going for it.

Very nice location

It was a great condo and exceeded our expectations. Lost power the first night which was so f no fault to the owners but it was very hot and hard to sleep. Everything was perfect other than that.

Overall great, the k cup machine in a bedroom is a bit odd otherwise a lovely stay. I wish VRBO would not fee me to death so I could book it again, the added insurance was really expensive too.

Weekend Getaway

This place is absolutely beautiful. The views on the back balcony are breath taking. We spent a lot of time on the back balcony drinking coffee and enjoying the scenery. It was nice having a fully furnished kitchen, a jacuzzi tub, and smart TVs. The property was very clean, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had such a memorable weekend. We will be back!

Great property, terrible communication

We enjoyed our brief stay at this condo. Wonderful view and comfortable amenities. Everything as described or better. Communication with owner was out of line. He gave a lockbox code that was incorrect and left us stranded in the rain for two hours as we tried to message back and forth then finally tried to trouble shoot over the phone. He admitted later the information he gave was incorrect. He asked for a message when we were arriving then another message when we were departing despite the fact that we were doing so as agreed. We rented this to get away from concerns and responsibilities for a little while, not to pick up new ones. For future rentals I hope the owner considers streamlining the process. For instance, I’ve seen a digital door lock, WiFi connected, that allows passcode changes remotely and can inform of arrivals and departures. This would have simplified everything considerably and allowed us to enjoy our time fully. Thanks.

Our stay here was great. Perfect for our week away from home. The view is fabulous. The condo has everything that you would need for your getaway. The only issue that we had was that the elevator quit working on the 1st day we were there, but the issue was resolved within the next hour.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the lake and light house! Very clean and comfortable! Huge jacuzzi tub in master bath!
