Upstairs is the loft bedroom which includes a queen-size bed, a twin-size bed, and its own bathroom! The main living area includes a private lanai, Smart TV, and a window AC unit to help keep you cool. Whip up your meals in the fully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and counter seating. Down the hallway you'll find the convenient washer and dryer as well as the main bathroom and master bedroom. A comfortable king-size bed with plenty of closet space, ceiling fan and Smart TV awaits you in the master bedroom!

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin December 11th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around January 14th, 2026.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

- Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.
- Work will begin on the ocean-facing side.
- The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
