About this property

Main part including the BNB portion is over 100 years old. The suite includes a combination kitchenette and sitting area with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ironing board, dishes and cutlery, table and chairs, double futon couch, 32 inch TV, and wireless internet. Two bedroom, the larger master bedroom has a four poster queensize bed, privacy access to the bathroom. The smaller bedroom has an antique double bed. Yard is fully fenced, with lots of room for children to play!

There are two flights of Stairs one outside one inside Children, must be safe on stairs. And not need help getting up or down stairs.

There are other long term renters in the house Owners are in the ground floor suite. Quiet time 11PM to 7AM and will be strictly enforced. No parties

There is a large barbecue & lawn furniture in the front yard. Guests are welcome to use the yard and furniture but please clean up after yourselves.

This home has been in our family for nearly 40 years. we no longer have any children at home and wish to share this space with families that want to travel together and explore our beautiful island!

What makes this property unique

one of the great benefits of this property is the water, crystal clear and delicious, straight from the tap no need of filter jugs. We also are one block from the woods which has many trails and a river running through it.
