With quiet neighborhoods and a fishing pond down the street, Coral Ridge 4194 is sure to be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

This elegant 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home can sleep as many as 10 people, so you can bring your friends and family for a desert vacation. The master bedroom features a King bed and a smart TV, as well as an ensuite bathroom with an enclosed water closet. The second bedroom also features a king bed as well as a TV and ensuite bathroom. The bunk room hosts 2 twin-over-twin bunks, holding up to 4 people! The loft has a TV and DVD player as well as a Queen pull-out sofa bed, On the patio, enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the grill and sit at one of 2 patio tables provided for your use. With dog friendly amenities and a park within a two-minute walk, this home is perfect for all members of the family, especially those with paws! Enjoy a vacation in the sun with your furry friend at Coral Ridge 4194!

** The back yard is not fenced in, dogs must be on leash while outdoors.

This house was in a primo location, was clean and fit our group perfectly. We do wish the recliners would have reclined. The king size beds were very comfy.

Great home base for Southern Utah vacation and sightseeing

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property. The location is close to so many attractions and the property had all that we needed for our family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Soccer getaway

Property had easy access to the interstate/highway leading to different parts of southern Utah but far enough to not hear the sounds of traffic. The place was clean and well equipped with towels for the hot tub and supplies for eating.

Great Place

Loved our 3 night stay. Wish we could of stayed longer. One of the nicest and cleanest rentals we have stayed at. Having your own private hottub was a plus also. Easy access from the main highways.

Great place to stay after seeing Zion. We relaxed at property pool after a hot day. Cute towns nearby. Townhome was very roomy and clean.

Great getaway

Nice place for a quick getaway. Great location close to sand hollow state park. The pool and hot tub were nicely kept. Kitchen had all the things we needed to be able to make breakfasts and dinner.

Great place and highly recommended

The description of the property was accurate and the home was immaculate. We had a great stay. The pool was within walking distance and perfect to beat the S. Utah heat. Instructions and communication were perfect throughout the stay as well. Highly recommended.

Note to owner/management

As your furniture and amenities get old and non functioning, they need to be replaced. Not acceptable when recliners are broken and the BBQ is totally rusted out. Had we been there got a week or two as we usually are , we would have requested a different unit.
