This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

Hi, we rent our house in Podstrana, Split in Croatia since 2013 and had the chance to welcome many interesting guests during that time. We can just recommend you to visit this wonderful area yourself and looking forward to welcoming you in our house!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I built this villa for ourselves and decorated it for our needs and for the needs of our children. We lived here for 13 years until we decided to move to another town about 100km away and rent this property out for tourists. We chose to build our house in this place because of its views and because it is far away from the city rush, and still a 15-minute drive to wherever you need to be.

What makes this property unique

The main benefit of this villa is its location on the hill which provides beautiful views of the Adriatic sea and islands on one side, and views of the forested hill area on the other side. Downstairs playing area with billiards, darts and foosball will provide you hours of fun with your friends and family, and a heated swimming pool will provide you with the refreshment you need on your vacation.
