Bad location, dirty pool

Pool was dirty upon arrival host said would clear up b/c pool company had just left, reached out again next day he said they would be back that day to check on it, no one came, day 3 same story, was so bad we actually left a 2 week stay after 3 days and went and booked another location. This is 2nd time staying with this host, and it will be my last, both times pool issues and nothing was done. House is in rough part of town.
