Our house is located further to a more quiet and private beach area however the Pier and bustling shopping and restaurants are only a few miles away.

* Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels. Outside cameras are located by the front, side yard and backyard pointing to the dock, and one camera is inside the garage, and ON 24/7 (kindly note that guests do not have access to the garage).
* The Man Cave area with game room are located in first floor that has separate back door entrance and not connected to inside stair case.
* Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking available.
* Guests are responsible for refilling gas tank when empty.
* For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

Furry friends
* Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
* Must be fully house trained
* Must be completely cleaned up after
* Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
* Crated indoors when not home with the pet
* If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
* Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
