Herons Watch - Seagrove Beach/ Santa Rosa Beach is an area that's tucked away & across 30A from Beautiful Beaches & Eastern Lake! 2BR/2BA Condo Flat on the 1st Floor (YAY - No Steps) with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. We have enjoyed this area for years and finally decided to share our favorite spot with others and we hope you enjoy the area as much as we have. One of the best parts about 30A , in addition to the white, soft sandy beaches, is the paved bike trail that takes you from one end to the other, so you can enjoy all the communities that are close by.... The Big Chill, Rosemary, Alys Beach, Seaside, Grayton or Blue Mountain Beach - they're all very close.

Publix for all your grocery needs is just around the corner. The Tom Thumb is down the street.

Watch the Jumbotron at The Big Chill for family movies or football. Plenty of great food, libations, clothing & decor shops & my husbands favorite cigar shop. Macho Taco is our favorite for a quick bite to eat there.

Another Spot that we love to visit is the nursery on 30A. Clay is located less than 1 mile away @ 4808 East Scenic Hwy 30A Seagrove Beach, FL 32459. In addition to plants, they have a wonderful selection of gifts, planters and unique jewelry & other items you can take home as a souvenir.

In addition to walking on the Beach, Kayaking on Eastern Lake, Dining at Old Florida Fish House, Coffee @ the Beachy Bean, Stopping by Buddy's Seafood Market for Steamed Seafood Boil to go (all within a short walk) you are also a quick ride to Seagrove Beach, Seaside & Grayton Beach! Looking for places to eat? Grayton Seafood is a must! They're great people and the food is amazing! The Black Bear in Grayton has the best homemade Bread, Food, Coffee & Wine Bar. You can also sign up to take a Glass Mosiac class at one of the Art Studios next door! Super Fun for all ages!

** Local Spot for excellent food - Steamboat Grill on 30A **
** Buddy's Seafood Market ** They will prepare a shrimp boil for you to enjoy at the condo or beach. Comes with potatoes and corn on the cob and is YUMMY.

- Greenway Station is a New Spot for Shopping, Restaurants & Cafe and is less than 1 mile from Herons Watch.

** Pecan Jacks - We love to stop by for sweets, brittles, chocolates, artisan ice cream & bulk candy - they will let you sample their flavors & don't miss the Adult Ice cream flavors (our favorite are Cherry Amaretto & Bourbon Pecan Praline) They also have Dairy Free & Sugar Free Options.
** Canopy Road Cafe on 30A @ Greenway Station for breakfast or lunch and has large outdoor seating area
** Local Cantina @ Greenway Station for outdoor seating, margaritas & awesome food

There are 3 Public Beach Accesses close to the condo:

- 5 min (0.8 miles) drive, bike or 15 min walk to Walton Dunes Beach Access
*** small parking lot offset from the beach
- 5 min (1 mile) drive or bike, or 18 min walk to Eastern Lake Public Beach Access
*** parking limited to street side & Bike Parking
- 6 min drive to Santa Clara and San Juan Access
*** larger public parking areas on both sides of 30A (public restrooms@ Santa Clara)
- 10 min drive to Van Ness Butler access which also has parking and facilities
- Deer Lake State Park - 1.2 miles away. Get there early before the parking lot fills up. We usually go to the Walton County Beach access and walk to the State Park up the coast. It's a beautiful walk!

We usually have toys and gear at the condo so you're free to enjoy what's there. We do have a beach wagon & small cooler that helps haul everything to and from the beach.

- There is a golf cart charging station at the property
- There are places for you to keep a kayak or paddle board on property. Be sure to lock it up while you're there.
- We have a grilling area near the pool and public restrooms
- Parking is at the front door ( 2 spaces available - not assigned) Must use provided parking pass upon arrival

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return the parking pass to the coatrack – HOA charges $35 for a replacement, so don’t forget!
Dispose of perishables & trash – Please take all garbage to the dumpster in the back left corner of the parking lot.
Leave beds unmade and place all used towels in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 2 cars allowed. Must display a parking pass on your dashboard. Please be sure to return parking pass when checking out. $35 fee if. Not returned.

This was a great place to stay! It’s a little removed from the main hustle and bustle, which makes it feel cozy and like a nice getaway. However, it is very close to anything you could want, whether by walking or by golf cart. The condo was the perfect size for our family of three, and it was so nice to be able to cook food in the fully stocked kitchen. It’s also perfectly stocked for beach trips with an umbrella, chairs, and toys. We loved our stay here!

This property is perfect for families. It had everything we needed for a stay with our 2 young grandsons. Everything was clean and well-stocked if you wanted to stay put for a meal. They enjoyed the pool every day including the days we went to the beach.

I have stayed at this condo a few times and is consistently clean and maintained well. Close to everything yet private. Love walking to old Florida Fish House and the coffee shop. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen is open, bright and well stocked. The coffee maker is incredible. Always love this one.

Cute, comfy property off the beaten path. Great beds! Plenty of additional beach and entertainment options to use! Very clean. Only small complaint ( which isn’t much of one really) is not getting emailed check in codes until we called property management to access. Otherwise all was great!

Great Time

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and more. The hub was excellent when we all could not agree on something to eat. There were so many choices and everyone was always pleased with their food. They even had a movie night which my daughter loved. We enjoyed walking to the near by coffee shop to grab a quick donut and coffee. We stopped at the little souvenir shop to pick up a few souvenirs. We loved that the beach was close by! My husband caught a few fish from shore while my daughter and I played in the water with the boogie boards and played in the sand. We would definitely stay here again! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze which was super nice! Thanks for the great time!

Cozy condo near the beach

We loved our stay at Herons Watch! The condo was lovely - very cozy and clean. The beds were amazing! There were plenty of games and beach gear for use. The location was great. A bit off the beaten path, so it was very quiet and not overcrowded. The beach is a short bike ride or drive away. We loved walking to The Old Florida Fish House for dinner and to Beachy Bean Coffee for breakfast. Coastside 30A next door had a great selection of wine and craft beer with a fun outdoor area with yard games for the family. Also a nice deck overlooking the lake. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. They sent a message early the day of arrival to be sure we received all of the access info from the rental company. We hope to visit again!

Clean, Quiet condo in 30A

Benita was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was satisfactory. I was shocked at all that she provided for her guests. We have stayed in many VRBO's, and this was by far the best. Clean, quiet, and all of the amenities you could ever need. She provided salt and pepper, napkins, dish soap, toilet paper, shower soap, hand soap, beach toys, beach wagon, chairs! It was truly exceptional! She was communicative and helpful in guiding us with locations to make our stay great. We were very grateful to be off the strip, because 30A was extremely busy when we were there. This location allowed us to have peace from the busy. If you don't "need" to stay right on the ocean, I would highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Peaceful Retreat

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I during our four week stay. The overall aesthetic of the condo was beautiful, and we loved that it backs up to the forest. It was such a nice, quiet and peaceful stay. Upon entering the condo felt warm, inviting and very clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. The primary bedroom was little and bright with a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms provided extra toiletries that one might forget for a trip or need a replacement. The bed linens and towels were all very nice. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was appreciated and needed. We made good use of the beach chairs and bikes that were provided. It was an easy mile ride down to the beach on the bikes. The condo is in walking distance to the Old Florida Fish house and Beachy Bean. I can’t say enough good things about the condo. Benita was an excellent host and checked in on us throughout our stay. Will stay again next time we visit 30A.

Stayed 5 nights in this condo! Condo is adorably decorated and immaculately clean! Walking distance to cute shops and Old Florida Beach House… Have rented for many years on VRBO and one of the main things that I look for is owner’s drawers are clean and empty… so I can unpack.. Not only were the drawers empty and clean but closets as well! Kitchen furnished with any cooking item you would need…Nice towels and beach chairs… wagon.. and beach towels were a nice surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!!!!

Our first time at 30A did not disappoint! The host was amazing to communicate with and even offered suggestions during our stay. We loved the HUB & the State Park.... talk about having the beach all to yourself! A cute coffee shop and nice seafood restaurant is on the property so you don’t even have to drive! Highly recommend!!

We prefer a laid back area with walkability or a quick bike ride to coffee, restaurants, Old Florida Fish House, Wine Bar and Buddy’s Seafood Market! Were so happy to share our hidden retreat with you and hope you enjoy!
