2 bedroom, 2.5 bath features balcony overlooking therapy pool!
Freshly decorated in local beach themes, this bungalow is sure to please. Cozy corner dinette + bar seating. Flat screen televisions in both bedrooms & living area. Convenient 1st floor half bath w/laundry. Fully equipped kitchen complete w/ margarita machine, Ice maker & dishwasher. Master bedroom features queen bed, bath w/ walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has twin beds w/ full bath. Both open onto balcony. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. The perfect size & a wonderful location within 350 yards to the beach, (5 min walk). Nestled in between panama city beach & destin (20 min. Each way). Wonderful restaurants/shopping nearby-do not need a car- rent bikes or a golf cart close by!
Beautiful dunes & lakes surround this area & the bike trail extends down 30a through all the quaint beach communities (rosemary beach, seaside, grayton beach, etc.)
Pet friendly community however, dogs are not allowed on some beaches & only owners can obtain permits so check 1st!

The layout of this bungalow was perfect for our needs. The location was great and the area felt safe and secure. Our pups loved it as well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seagrove Beach

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s a quick and easy walk to the beach, has a great swimming pool and one small pool right outside its front door, has bikes and beach gear. It’s just comfortable and was perfect for us.

Not enough towels. They were very old. Tile in the shower needs to be regrouted. Shower curtain was dirty. Furniture in the living room was uncomfortable because it had no padding left in the cushions. We all had long dresses that could not be hung in the closets because there was owners stuff stacked in the bottom of the closets.

Another great stay

A great, clean bungalow. Really enjoyed staying here again, especially with the small pool right outside the door. The bungalows are in a great location, close to the beach and walking distance to various restaurants and shops.

Relaxing & comfortable

We loved the bikes and the pool right in front. Very cute area and very quiet and private location. Everything was PERFECT! Beach right at the end of a quiet street, bikes were perfect to get to Seaside. Everything was super easy! We hope to return again to this unit!!!!

Cozy, peaceful, comfy

It was a beach perfect home! Exactly what we needed for a little pit stop on the way home and visit to the beach. Owner was very sweet. Home was so beautiful. Pool right out front was relaxing after the drive. Beach was literally straight down the road. Had a book inside with almost anything and everything information wide inside. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great Bungalow

A great bungalow that is warmly decorated with a beach theme. The bungalows are a 5 min walk to the beach and have nice pools to relax in after the beach.

The Bungalows are the best deal in the area

We've enjoyed all the things Seaside/Seagrove have to offer for many years. We've stayed at a variety of properties but have learned to look first to the Bungalows for availability. She Sells Seashells is one of the most conveniently located condos on its property, just off the entry street but quietly nestled in the corner of the development with immediate, ample parking. Appropriately appointed, it has everything our group of six could need. Friendly, prompt responses from the owner make it a breeze to settle in and enjoy the stay. We recommend it to anyone looking for a solid foundation for a homey stay minutes away from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of 30A.

1-week stay at Seagrove Beach

The bungalow was perfect. short walk to beach. properly equipped - everything worked. good, clear instructions for property and checking out. We're not a big fan of the 'Private Beach' areas which are new since our last visit. But the beach and water were great. Both Pools & hot tub at Bungalow great also!

Very comfortable, easy walk to beach

The property was clean, comfortable, and adorably decorated. When the Gulf was too rough to swim (double red flags the whole week) the property pools were easily accessible and very cooling. Overall wonderful.

Perfect little bungalow!

This was the perfect place for my toddler son and I to have a little getaway together! It was quiet and clean, and we enjoyed the small pool right outside. Our host was helpful and quick to respond. We’d love to return!

Great location, but....

This bungalow is in a wonderful location. Far enough off 30A to be quiet, but a short, straight walk down the street to the beach access boardwalk. Nice pool areas. The home itself was disappointing. It is in need of paint, cleaning and updating inside and out. Rugs are dirty. Bed covers are ragged. Pillows are flat. Dishwasher works poorly and the over range microwave/light/fan doesn't work at all (although owner has provided a countertop microwave). Chock full of dusty tchotchkes. There are several other updated, pet-friendly rentals in this complex that appear much nicer.

Great stay and respite

This was our third stay at the Bungalows at Seagrove Beach, and our first with this host. This was a perfect respite for us and a great way to spend Thanksgiving with the boys home from college. We love the property and its proximity to everything. The Beach is virtually across the street, great restaurants, Santa Rosa Beach area is peaceful, but if you want louder, Destin is just a short ride up the road. Plenty to do and plenty to not do -- your choice!

Family Friendly Beach House

My wife and young daughter spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it. The house had all the amenities we needed plus had multiple pools on site. It was about a 7 minute walk to public beaches and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the future!

About your pets

We loved the beach, the bungalow was cute, beds and furniture were uncomfortable. Sorry, we are older The pool, the area, the location, the beach were perfect for us. The ad photo pics of the owners on the beach with their dogs is very misleading. There was no mention of a pet permit or the fact that we weren’t eligible to acquire 1 for our dog. There was no wi-fi, no internet available.

This property is perfectly located! We have been looking for a couple of years from Destin to Appalachicola & this was our 1st trip to the quaint beach communities of South Walton. We fell in love with this 'park like' setting so close to the beach! We could not believe we actually found a bungalow available to be purchased! The bungalows offered everything we were looking for- perfect size, excellent amenities, on-going events all year long, charming community w/ excellent restaurants, shopping, golf but most importantly- half block to the beach! I'm usually not an 'ocean swimmer but the water here is crystal clear & you can see all the way down to the white sand.

Location!!! Nestled perfectly between destin & panama city beach away from the crowds in a beautiful natural environment surrounded by parks, lakes & dunes and we can walk right out of the bungalow to the infamous 'emerald coast' to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the white sandy beach ! Cottage is comfortable & the perfect size! Wonderful selection of restaurants, leisure activities to please all ages.
