Welcome to our newly renovated Studio Condo with breathtaking views of the mountains. Enjoy cooking in our modern kitchen featuring a gorgeous granite countertop. Cozy up on the couch beneath the warmth of the flat screen TV, complete with cable TV and Roku streaming services. Step out onto your private balcony to relax with a complimentary cup of Keurig coffee, while admiring rustic luxury courtesy of our reclaimed wood accent wall. Our newly renovated private bathroom promises a sense of serenity. After a day out, kick back and enjoy all the resort`s amenities, including an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. Plus, there’s free parking, coin-operated laundry, and free shuttle service to Loon Mountain during ski season. Everything you need for a stress-free vacation!
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful and cozy… just a minute from Loon mountain and plenty of great restaurants! I would highly recommend this rental property.

Lovely property and location!

We had a great time Lincoln, and the apartment was very cozy! The property is well placed to get to the supermarket and hikes. Rick did a wonderful job of communicating with us. We’d definitely recommend this property if you’re in this area!

An amazing place

We just absolutely love this place. Are second time there. So cozy and clean. So much to do even if you don’t ski. The pool, hot tub, and the sauna were three of our favorites. The room is decorated so adorable makes you feel so comfortable. We will be Back

The unit was as expected and Rick was awesome with his communication. My daughter and grandson had a great time using the pool, hot tub and arcade. If any of us are in that area again we will definitely look this unit up.

Overall great

Pros - Place was overall clean and was as advertised. Quiet and in a very convenient location. The appliances we used worked without any problems; especially the AC, which was nice. We really appreciated the two curtain options too. Being able to switch between was nice, even though it sounds like such a small thing. The room was close to the floor's exit door, which made it easy to come and go. Liked how there were some games available - we especially enjoyed playing Scrabble :) Cons - Missing a few basic things (tissues, dish towels, certain kitchen utensils, etc.). Personally we found the queen bed to be uncomfortable (too firm).

This place is amazing can’t wIte to come back

We were so happy with this place. It is an amazing place. Very well decorated. It is so inviting cozy and warm. They lay out is amazing just perfect and workable. The bed is so comfy and inviting with the supper wArm flannel sheets and the decor on them. Just in the right place for everything even if you don’t ski which we don’t. Has everything you need to make your own meals and then some. Love this place we will be back

Great place to stay! Very clean property in safe, super quiet building. Rick is super communicative and the apartment was just what we needed. It was so cold outside we ended up just staying in and cooking dinner. Great place!

Excellent place to stay!!

This was our first Vrbo experience and I am very impressed. The place was very clean and the owner is responsive and honest. Very ideal for a ski trip getaway. Highly recommend to rent if you're looking for a fun trip for a few days. This kitchen has everything you need, we were able to go out and eat at a few restaurants (Which had delicious food) as well as stay in and cook/bake. Hoping to rent again sometime!!!

Clean renovated inviting place close to everything in Lincoln.

We stayed here for one night and were very pleased. The cleanliness, decor and location did not disappoint. The place looks exactly like pictured. Instructions from the owner were very clear and helpful. Rick reached our to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come back one day, highly recommend!
