Cozy loft studio at The Lodge @ Lincoln Station
This condo is the perfect place for a getaway year round!
During the summer, the best swimming hole in town is right out your back door. During the winter, you have the trails at one of NH's most popular ski mountains.... LOON MOUNTAIN. And during the spring and fall months, you're right at the entrance to the scenic Kancamaugus Highway.
You'll be in the middle of it all at the Lodge at Lincoln
Station!
The space:
The condo offers 1 bathroom, a kitchen, dining space and a living room with a queen size pullout couch. There is a nice deck with seating to enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find a queen size bed with twin bunks. We try to stock the condo with everything you may need; bedding, towels, shampoo, bodywash, dishware, pots and pans, spices and even some fun games! The Lodge has some great amenities also; indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, pool table, a great room with a cozy fireplace and coin operated laundry!
Other things to note:
You will get a fob to access the space and amenities. The fob will be in a lock box outside the Remax office on Main Street. I will provide you a code to access upon arrival and a code to access upon departure. There will be a charge of $50/fob not returned.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location to town shops, restaurants & activities. Having direct access to The Pemi River for wading, swimming & tubing is a huge bonus! The condo is great & even though it faces the parking lot the tall trees lining the balcony help give a feel of privacy and nature. Recommend upgrading pillows and mattresses for guests to have more comfortable sleep, avoid fragrant fabric softener/detergent. The last condo we stayed here provided some info about the property- where to put the trash, guest expectations, etc. I would recommend this host do something similar so guests know what their responsibilities are. Overall excellent experience and would recommend!

Thank you for your constructive feedback! Those are actually the next things on our list to upgrade after the summer rush . There will be full size bunks and new mattresses and bedding once we have a chance to get in and set them up . But you make a good point about the pillows. Those are easy enough to do in between guests. We will do that right away. I will add directions about the trash to the house manual. Im glad you enjoyed your stay . We hope to update more in the fall and winter . We hope you come back to enjoy. Happy trails .

We stayed at The Lodge at Lincoln Station.WiFi information given was incorrect, had to wait a day to see HOA office to get correct information, air conditioning did not work until we bought batteries for remote, owner did offer to reimburse.Unit is old and needs work, but plenty of towels for use. Sheets provided, but old. VRBO charges a cleaning fee but there was an envelope asking for a tip for having room cleaned before trip. . Never saw that before!

Hello Teresa, We sincerely hope that next Fourth of July weekend in the mountains, you find a condo of similar size with a loft, a full kitchen, great amenities, and updated finishes that meets your expectations for less than $126 per night. We also hope it comes with batteries that never run out, owners who respond instantly to your every message, and a cleaning team that never leaves an entirely optional tip envelope for exceptional service.
