Wake up to peaceful mornings overlooking the mountains, enjoy coffee on the deck while the valley comes alive and unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets across the ridgelines. At night, gather around the fire pit under a sky full of stars and experience the quiet magic of the mountains.

The Space
Inside the chalet you`ll find a thoughtfully designed space that blends modern comfort with cozy mountain charm. Warm textures, natural tones, and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming environment perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Large windows allow natural light to pour into the gathering areas while framing the mountain landscape.
The Chalet features:
- Two Master Suites: 1 on the main floor w/ soaker tub, 1 on the second floor
- Multiple sleeping configurations with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms
- Blackout Curtains in all Bedrooms
- A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and Weber grill on the deck
- WiFi and 2 Smart TVs for Streaming in main and lower-level gathering areas

Conveniently located only eight miles to town for mineral baths, spa, shopping and dining. It is 10-miles to C&O Canal Bike Rail Trail. Historic sites and skiing are also nearby.

This house exceeded all expectations! It was the perfect place for a quiet retreat. The rooms were well-appointed and the amenities made it so comfortable it was hard to leave! The house is spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for time together or time apart. Jackie is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful! We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful house, great views, lots of space and plenty of bedrooms! Very clean, everything worked as it should. Very private, no neighbors on top of you but close to town and attractions. Grandchildren loved the swings and we enjoyed ping pong and the pool table! We had a fantastic time hanging out on the deck and especially the screened porch in the evenings. Would stay here again!

When my husband and I first went to Berkeley Springs to have a relaxing weekend, we found the area to be energizing and relaxing all at the same time. We loved the area so much we went back again and eventually bought a farm and we named it Sky Mountain Farm. We sold the farm and built Sky Mountain Chalet on 24 acres on the next ridge with breathtaking mountain views. Further down our ridge, we built a honeymoon cabin we named Fox Hollow VRBO #419811. In 2026, we added three modern A-Frame luxury cabins and a family cabin. The Chalet is a great place to stay for two-twelve people.
We hope you enjoy our chalet as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love the short drive from town to Libbys Ridge and breathtaking views. We love the waters, spas, restaurants and shops in Berkeley Springs and it's only 60 minutes from home.

What makes this property unique

The view is the best and our amenities cant be beat with 5 private and separate luxury bedrooms. The sunrise over the mountain, the firepit, sauna and hot tub, the stars at nigh. We can hike to Sleepy Creek at the bottom of our ridge. We love the wildlife, the peacefullness, canoeing on the Cacapon and Potomac rivers, and fishing in the streams. It is a wonderful place to get together with family. Kids of all ages can find something interesting to do.
