Beautiful location in the Perigueux

Everything was perfect. Beautiful village with restaurants, cafe, boulangeries and within easy reach of the many interesting places in this area. You can’t go wrong!

Calm and Charm of St. Alvere

Ground floor apartment with its own courtyard, and seating area. Cool when outside was 35 degrees! Beautiful swimming pool and sitting area to yourself. Restful and comfortable. Lovely views over the centre of St Alvere from your courtyard with all ameneties only 200 metres maximum away... Boulangerie, Patisserie, Cafe and Tabac, 3 Restuarants, great little supermarket with everything you need and a local market once a week. Max and Helene were perfect hosts, there if needed and handy tips for local events, but discreet otherwise. Great place to stay!

Fabulous

Absolutely lovely property. Very well equipped. Even without aircon, it was cool and comfortable at all times. Beautifully clean and the pool was amazing. Private terrace was great for breakfast/dinner or just lounging. Discreet owners who where very helpful. Village was lovely, boulanger, supermarket and bars. The perfect week in the Dordogne. Highly recommend this property.

Heerlijk. Een schone, rustige plek waar alles aanwezig was wat je nodig hebt.Goed bed, koele gîte en vriendelijke eigenaren.Klein en rustig dorpje maar met een leuk marktje, twee bakkertjes, een paar restaurantjes en een supermarktje waar je alles kunt krijgen.Onze kinderen van 11 en 13 (en wijzelf) hebben genoten van het zwembad dat bij de gîte zit. Met 40 graden was dat een fijne plek om verkoeling te kunnen zoeken!

Tres bon sejour

Logement tres propre, au calme. Il ne manque rien. Frais meme en pleine cabicule. Dehors 39degres, interieur 24degre. Tres appréciable. Village avec tout les nécessités. Proprietaire super sympatique et tres discret. Et la piscine un vrai plus, tres propre et la temperature de l eau a 30 degre toute la semaine.

Excellent séjour à Sainte Alvére

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Hélène et Max, hôtes très accueillants, le gîte est super propre, rien ne manque même pas un ouvre boîte, la piscine est très bien entretenue dans un très joli cadre. Saint Alvére est très bien situé pour découvrir la région nous recommandons.

Super vacances !

Belle location bien agencée et très bien entretenue.Idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec un enfant. Un peu juste à 4 mais faisable. La piscine est grande et sécurisée, très agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le lit de la chambre est confortable. Même pendant la canicule, la température intérieure n'a pas dépassée les 25°C, ce qui est très confortable avec 38-40°C dehors. Les petits commerces et le bourg sont facilement accessibles à pied. Très bien situé pour visiter les beautés de la région. Très bon accueil du propriétaire.

Cadre magnifique pour se retrouver en famille. Super accueil du propriétaire. Petit gîte très propre et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons vraiment et reviendrons sûrement.

Un excellent weekend prolongé à Saint Alvère

Très bon accueil du propriétaire dans ce logement confortable et très bien équipé, avec une jolie petite terrasse intimiste, fleurie. Notre petit chien était accepté. Le village est magnifique et vivant, on y mange très bien. Calme et reposant en soirée et la nuit. Bien situé pour les balades et visites. Je recommande vivement.

Conforme et au top !

Très bon accueil, le logement est conforme a l’annonce, bien équipé, propre, et fonctionnel. Le petit plus est l’accès à la piscine, l’extérieur est très agréable et le coin terrasse intimiste. Le lieu est calme, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Gite très agréable et bien situé. Nous y retournerons !

Excellent emplacement, à 200 m du bourg (très vivant, avec épicerie, 2 boulangeries, plusieurs restaurants dont 2 gastronomiques...), proches des vallées de la Dordogne et de la Vézère - et des sites préhistoriques, châteaux et jardins d'exception. Hôtes charmants et aux petits soins pour que le séjour se passe au mieux pour nous. Piscine grande et propre, facilement accessible, avec des espaces à l'ombre et au soleil - au choix ! Gîte entièrement rénové, au calme, sans vis-à-vis. L'appartement reste frais même pendant les fortes chaleurs (+35°C dehors) sans nécessiter de climatisation. Nous avons beaucoup aimé y séjourner et nous y retournerons.
