Immerse yourself in the charm of the Caribbean and more precisely the North Caribbean with this apartment located in the charming town of Case Pilote. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the village, and 15 minutes drive from the shopping center Le Rond Point (Fort de France).
This apartment offers a refined and comfortable interior:
- 2 air-conditioned rooms for a restful sleep
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge... and equipment to simmer your favorite dishes to which are added 1 spice pack and 1 breakfast pack for a serene arrival.
- 1 large bright living room to relax or work from home with a fibre connection
- 1 sunny terrace with an ideal exposure throughout the day, where you can have your morning coffee and relax in the afternoon.
In the village, a few steps from the apartment, you will find the Post Office and a bakery-pastry Mont Blanc... its cannelles apples are worth a visit;-) as well as a supermarket and various restaurants. There’s something for every palate.
By renting this apartment you will be close to the Zoo du Carbet, Saint Pierre city of history, distilleries Neisson and Depaz, from the Céron inhabitation to the Prêcheur and the Pelee mountain... to name a few of the attractions of the North Caribbean and invite you to the Colibri de la Batterie.

Tout simplement parfait !

Lydia est très réactive, à l'écoute, arrangeante, chaleureuse, discrète et très agréable. Merci pour ces attentions et petites douceurs très appréciées ! L'appartement est comme neuf, spacieux, très bien équipé, lumineux et cosy. On se sent vraiment bien, d'autant plus qu'il y a la climatisation dans les chambres. Place de parking au pied de l'appartement. L'emplacement est top, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage, des bars et restaurants. Et à proximité d'une boulangerie et d'un petit supermarché. Séjour juste parfait ! Nous recommandons à 100%!

Parfait

Lydia nous a accueilli un dimanche dans cet appartement qui est très propre, et bien agencé, Tout est neuf très fonctionnel. La climatisation dans les chambres est en plus la proximité de la plage et des restaurants aussi. Tout peut se faire à pied avec casse Pilotes, les accès routiers sont vraiment à côté de l’appartement. Merci Lydia !

Perfect Location to explore the north of Martinique

Very clean and newly renovated spacious appartment in a nice little fishing-town with 2 supermarkets, 4 or 5 restaurants (in a 3 minute walk) and a balcony with bayview, seaview and mountainview. You can still find fish of the day here, which is not so easy in the touristic southern part of Martinique. The aircondition in the bedrooms are very quiet. Mosquito nets in front of the bedroom windows. To explore the north of Martinique with its rhum and tropical rainforests and highest mountain you need to stay north of Fort de France or you will spend a lot of time in traffic jams. Only 100m from the appartment to the north there is a small bay with a perfect coral reef for snorkeling and diving with gorgonian fans, Huge sponges and lots of ocean live. In Bellefontaine (10 min north by car) there is a fish market which has sometimes fresh fish in the afternoon. You need 1/2 an hour to St. Pierre and 1-2 hours to the airport Lamentin.

Découverte Martinique

L'accueil était très chaleureux. Elle a mis a disposition les produits ménagers et aliments. L'aménagement est contemporain. Belle vue aérienne qui donne sur le port. L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un escalier assez raide. Parking proche. La climatisation dans la pièce principale serait appréciable. Petit commerce, plage et restaurants à proximité. Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

Idéal pour visiter le nord de l’île

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le nord de l’île et pour se rendre à FDF en navette maritime. Proche d’une petite plage agréable. L’appartement est tout neuf, bien décoré, propre et fonctionnel. Il manquait juste la climatisation dans les chambres mais elle sera bientôt installée. Lydia est très accueillante et nous la remercions pour ces gentilles attentions

Agréable et bien situé

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et aéré. L'accès et le stationnement sont faciles. Les commodités sont accessibles à pied, supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants, embarcadère. Le village est très agréable sans être trop touristique et avec de bons restaurants en bord de mer. Pas de bruit de voiture dans la rue, simplement quelques coqs. Très bon accueil de Lydia, je recommande !
